I’m grateful to be part of this forum. For several months, I’ve been struggling to stay motivated with taking GLP-1
I want to get back on track with my weight loss journey, but pushing through the fatigue in those first few weeks has been tough.

I’ve been overweight most of my life and have had a complicated relationship with food. I also live with Hashimoto’s and PCOS, which make things even more challenging. Tirzepatide has been the only approach that’s helped me lose weight in a way that feels sustainable and free from disordered eating patterns.
Glad to be here!

Sounds like we’ve had similar issues. I changed to Reta because I was living on protein shakes and sleeping if I wasn’t at work. I was exhausted. Food didn’t taste good. I couldn’t poop. It’s much better now. Welcome to the forum!

I have considered Reta but don’t really know enough about the drug. This week has been good so far. I have been tired but not unbearably so. Avoiding fatty foods and adding in a protein shake has worked wonders for me. I knew I should have been doing all along but im stubborn.

Thanks!
