I am new to this forum. Mainly used it to find a vendor, but I've learnt a great deal from this community and hope to give back along the way!

Just started reta 2 weeks ago, and it's working great. Down 30 lbs from diet and exercise, but tbh I did not feel like having to restrict myself to ~1500 calories without a little help.

Haha it's not bad at all! I was surprised bc I could barely feel it
