Has anyone experienced different effectiveness with different suppliers?
For background, I dipped my toes in with Tirz with peptide crafters and boy did it work even at 3mg. Got a kit of Nexaph T30, this particular batch was well tested from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party testing. However, it seems like I am having to increase dose to get even close to what I felt before. Triple checked my dosing math and I'm pretty sure I'm correct on that part. There are a few reasons I can think of that may cause this:

1. The batch was a 5/13 release, I purchased at the end of June. I don't know their warehouse conditions but it may be degraded?
2. BAC water in the PC vial vs BAC saline in the Nexa vial. I like the 10ml bottles of the saline better, and had read it's fine for Tirz. I should really check pH to confirm.
3. Building a tolerance. This is most likely, I just didn't expect it to happen so suddenly.
4. Intra-batch variability. This is worst case, and least likely given the testing data, but curious to hear everyone else's experience.
5. Injection protocol. This last shot was pretty shallow, does depth matter?

Have you all experienced anything similar?

I'm glad someone else has mentioned this. I was on compounded super expensive Sema in 2023 and at first it worked, but then maybe a month or two in, even while titrating up. It didn't work anymore. I asked my prescriber to up the dose and she said I had already maxxed out. About 2 months ago I received my first grey product and the first 2 weeks were crazy, now its very MEH. Weighing my options with vendors currently because even though much cheaper, I want the results, not just the idea. I've wondered could it be the BAC, could it be I reconstituted too much and let it sit too long...

So curious how much of this is building tolerance vs peptide degradation. Everything from Jano seems to disprove that peptides are as fragile as people think. Hopefully more people chime in.

I've heard of compounders giving you less while grey gives you more. Not sure a month or two is long enough to troubleshoot an issue but will say I've absolutely pinned 12mg of tirz and could barely force myself to eat for 3 and 4 days. The next shot same vial I'm fucking starving 36hrs later with hunger pangs waking me up at night. Fortunately they disappear the next morning. Don't know if it's not eating enough, not enough fats or protein or what.... for a while I thought I was getting one good vial and then another is bunk. So I can relate and I am not much help, but I'm following and I expect you'll get much feedback. Weird sometimes if my physical activity is low I'm very hungry and if I do the gym, cut the grass, take the dog out to the trails I'm not. I'm a driver so I can literally sit 12 hours, make dinner, lay on the couch and then bed 8 hours and prolly burn 800 calories all day and night.

I’m with you on the low activity at work. Either computer screen, telephone, driving, or some combination of the 3. Gym seems to drive my hunger more though. More intense workout makes me ravenous.

I cant help wondering if its after a strong effect causing you to not eat enough, your body then doubles down on resisting the glp 1, to prevent starvation.
Try documenting the nutrition side by side with doses. to see if there is a pattern.
My worry is whether the receptors change and are less responsive. I dont really know enough about it. But I'd want to avoid long term changes that are detrimental!

This is good info. Because same thing for me, not 12mg yet but started thinking maybe going into the same vial was effing it up., etc etc... I don't think I give anything long enough to determine if its actually bunk lol I've noticed that if I'm busy, I'm not hungry or not as noticeably hungry. But I do enjoy the moments of doing absolutely nothing and no hunger and I think that's what I'm chasing, that feeling all the time. Also, the feeling of being full quicker, which I don't feel like I have anymore either.

Super helpful, good to see that it's more of a "body response" thing and not an "injecting myself with god knows what" thing.
