Hi. I've been researching tirz since June 1 and have increased dosage to 7.5mg once per week as of last Saturday. Test subject doesn't have very much sub-q fat. Primarily VAT. 61 y.o. male. 6'-0". June 1: 232 lbs. Aug 21: 207 lbs.

Tesamorelin, 2mg dose, 5 on and 2 off for past 1-1/2 months. Clean diet. Daily gym/strength training/cardio. WHR has reduced from 1.6 to 1.04 (super happy about that).

Here's my question: 7.5mg dose of tirz does not seem to have near the same effect on appetite and food noise as pre-Tesamorelin which would have basically been during 2.5mg starter dose period where 10 lbs was lost in a month.

I know that Tesa blunts the insulin management of Tirz. So I guess that is what I am observing. There seems to be less-decreased food noise especially after about 5 days.

I'm just curious about others' experience with this stack.

Bumping Tirzepatide seems logical?
That's kinda what I thought too. When we were at 5mg for 4 weeks, we bumped the last 2 weeks 4 days in with an additional 2.5. I was kind of hoping that when increasing to 7.5 the bump wouldn't be necessary. We'll give it one more week and see if this is a psychosomatic issue or not. 🙂

The other option is pin Tirz every 5 days.
I stack Ipa/Tesa/BPC/TB500 (M-F), and Tirz every 5 days at 10MG.

Funny you should mention that stack. For a bum shoulder tendon, I will be starting a BPC/TB stack in a week or so. In your experience, does that interfere at all with the tirz/tesa? I wouldn't think that it would but I haven't observed it yet.
