Your SSA Experience…

Nono, sorry, I thought if I go with a more expensive supplier, then issues wouldn't be present.
Oh, I understand your thinking. Everyone is just reselling. You can buy a "tested" kit with batch numbers and all but how do you know that particular kit isn't filled with several different runs. You can send a vial off for testing but that literally just tests that one bottle. Just figure out what you personally are comfortable with. Paying more is only a guarantee that you will be out money you could have thrown into possibly a few more kits.

I see, that makes plenty of sense. I found this group after I paid like 800 for a 10mg kit from a domestic vendor. I'm so upset that it was basically 10x the price, and the risks you noted are basically still there.

On another note, I just joined the STG telegram. I see that group testing is the norm there, is that what's typically recommended here? I was under the impression that group testing means we can test way more vials, but it seems like they only test 1-2 vials anyways, so might as well just test myself? Or not even test at all and just wait for the results to be public?

It's really a personal decision, based on your level of risk aversion. Personally, I think the risk is worth the savings. Others are much more cautious.

Do you think that this is a major problem, or is it more something that personally makes you a little uneasy? Their prices seem really good, and I'm just looking to get Retatrutide, so I want to know if it's worth fretting over. I do plan to get at least one vial tested from my order (I can't really afford to test a whole heap of vials atp).

Also, do you know if the issue is going to be remediated at any point? Did your rep say anything about that?

Finally, do you know what other vendors don't have this issue--and offer similar prices?

Major problem? I guess it depends on how much you trust complete strangers who are trying to get into your wallet/purse. If you care a great deal about what you inject into your body, then it would matter more than if you were a MesoRx goon who is willing to inject anything to look good. I consider it highly unlikely that you will inject an alleged GLP and kill yourself but the risk is not zero. I think you're pretty safe if you're testing one of your viles which would make your personal risk much, much lower than untested use. An additional risk-reduction strategy might include finding other buyers around the same time and teaming up to test multiple vials.

Their prices seem really good...
No doubt about that! T120 for .27/mg. and R60 for .55/mg. are insanely cheap prices and, believe me, I'm tempted despite already having a freezer full.

Also, do you know if the issue is going to be remediated at any point? Did your rep say anything about that?

I doubt that SSA will change this policy given my conviction that it helps them sell old product that they would otherwise be stuck with if it could be reliably dated. My rep generally tells me whatever they think I want to hear 😕

When you spend time in this space, you will find that resellers use a number of strategies to reduce a host of risks including bad product, no product or someone running off with your money. Those risk reduction strategies cost money and will result in higher prices for your gear. I'm ok with that.

Careful research, lots or reading and getting to know some kind people who have been around a while will also help you more than anything. I've been really fortunate in that area although it still took considerable effort on my part.

You seem pretty careful and have given this some thought. This puts you miles ahead of many others out there who are uniformed/ill-informed and couldn't care less about safety issues.

Are you never worried about the peptides being mixed up? I've heard that can happen, but I'm unsure if it's a significant risk.
It can and it has, but it's not common. If it did happen, the chances of it killing me are small. I might end up being sick for a few days, and I'm ok with that possibility. I probably take more risk driving my car every day.

Some may think I'm uninformed, but I do have a degree and a decade of experience in nursing, and am fully aware of the risks. I just have a higher risk tolerance than those folks. I also have no allergies and a generally strong constitution.

This is definitely not medical advice, or me saying you shouldn't buy from a more reliable vendor or test your kits. It's simply the way I choose to handle it.

There's a thread from earlier this month with a few other people's opinions titled, "Is anyone actively group testing peptides sourced from China, or just using them based on past results from the supplier?"

Spend some time researching, here and elsewhere, then do what feels right to you.

Bruh I paid 600 for 60mg from a tele care provider. So mad I didn't take the time to figure out gray before.

Tbf to myself I guess, I didn’t even know this existed when I bought that Reta. I’m guessing you didn’t either. It’s a good thing we did find this group at some point though!

Thank you for the thoughtful reply!

After I posted this I spent some time digging around looking for the STG telegram and found it. I’ve decided I’ll stick with them and just do the group tests. I’m kinda broke right now, but not being fat is a major priority, and so given how many people seem to use them and not have issues, I figure I can tolerate the risk.

Hopefully I don’t get cancer or something…

So now a update...
after placing a few big orders with them. I can now say I ran into a issue.
so now more than a month. was told " package cleared etc... fedex will deliver"
no movement not even a fedex got shipment, nothing just a tracking with no movement.

patiently waited. communicated asked for any updates... they keep saying it cleared.
still nothing.
2 weeks ago, I was told "if no movement, reissue shipment"
no movement... shipment not sent out.
Message them about it. get the "the package hasn't been returned, we are waiting"
I am confused at this time.
then I get told it was sent out.
last Friday.. no tracking. but was sent with DH.
still no tracking
I ask again, will there be tracking?
you will get tracking today.
today comes and goes.
No tracking, wondering if it was a waste of $$
even offered to pay for the reshipping to be sent out.

so, it doesn't matter how much you buy or pay,
you may still be jerked around, and stringed along.

it's been like pulling teeth to get answers, and this has led me to really think about placing another order.

tip: pay for the faster shipping its worth it
