Technically yes .. but practically? Not so much. I mean anyone can make anything. There was a 13 year old boy that built himself a mini nuclear reactor in his bedroom. (not kidding) Compared to that, BAC water is a breeze ..

The thing with not making soap from bacon grease really is true. You CAN use lard if it's deodorized, but that's about as far as you can go.
