How often are you injecting GLOW?

I'm looking for a good source of raw GHK-CU for topical use!?!? I'm in the UK.

Anelas has dosing and technique but I must have missed frequency.

Are people really dosing this shit daily? Ouch.
I do it daily. Yeah, it stings and I get a bit of a red welt even with additional BAC pulled into the syringe but I feel so much better with it so it's worth the minor very localized discomfort.

yeah, Anela is on reddit, I asked her directly and she said daily

I just started but I’m doing it every day for the full cycle, I’m following some of anela protocol, but not all of it.

I bought separate vials of ghk-cu/50mg, bpc157/10mg, and TB500/10mg. Per anela instructions I added 1ml BAC to each vial, then combined the TB and BPC into the ghk vial to make a 3ml vial of all 3. I subc inject 11 units into my shoulder. I’ve had zero ISR as of yet. I might be a lucky one, or it might be her suggestions, idk. I don’t do the micro injections or massaging tho.

My shoulder is already responding very well. I’m very pleased with what I’m doing and its results already.

Daily here. I reconstituted my Glow 70 with 3ml of BAC and take a .20ml daily. It took 6 weeks until I noticed any improvement in skin texture and pain in tendons diminishing. No relief in my knees yet.

Well, I'm taking KLOW, which is GLOW with KPV added .. but yes, daily. Get that needle in deep and once you inject leave the needle in for a few extra seconds. After removing the needle you need to vigorously rub the area you injected into .. like a deep tissue massage. Do that and it hurts a whole lot less.

Oh and to anyone that hasn't had this shot .. the injection itself doesn't hurt any more than any other .. what hurts is AFTER the injection. So, what you want to do is get that stuff spread out as soon as you can .. that's why you rub the spot.

An update from me::

I HAD to add lidocaine Epi because the pain I experienced was lasting ... and I was getting bruises that lasted for weeks.

Now I add 1ml lidocaine Epi and 2ml bac to the 50/10/10 mix and ALL of that pain and bruising has stopped.

I dose 1.75-2mg a day with some KPV in the same pin.
I had used lidocaine in my first batch .. but I forgot it in my second batch. Honestly .. it made no difference. What DOES help is to inject deeply, leaving the needle in a few seconds after the injection and then to vigorously rub the tissue that you injected into. Basically we want to keep it as far away from the surface of the skin, where the nerve endings are and to get the stuff distributed as soon as possible.
