I feel like losing weight is the obvious thing in everyone’s journey but I barely have the words to explain how much it’s changed me as a person! No crash diet paired with wishful thinking could ever compare to the realistic happenings of what Reta has done to my mind and body.

Took the Reta. 25lbs down. Mind altering. Life changing. Would’ve easily been 400lbs over the next year had I not had these peptides to give my brain and body a spit shine. No dopamine hits from food, like, at all. I know everyone on peps isn’t fat but as a (former 🎉) over eater, I could find a needle in a haystack as long as it was covered in cheesecake. Does that put my addiction into perspective? Also - binge free for the first time in my whole fucking life.

Inflammation is gone. Fat around my vocal cords is disappearing so I sound different. My double chin and neck fat is 80% gone. My body overall is visibly smaller. 6 weeks. I’m about to turn it up a notch.

Congratulations!
Thank you! Do you take Reta as well? Because I’ve yo-yo dieted forever and I’ve lost weight but this feels and looks like it’s eating away at my body fat very differently??? I’m not talking about spot reduction but this time it feels like fat is being shaved off all over my body in one layer instead of the fattiest parts of me going first (which is usually what I’ve noticed when I’ve previously lost weight)

Hi started on Semaglutide with insurance, the they didn't cover so went compounding pharmacy tirzepatide then went to Retatrutide when I went gray market. Down over 110lbs overall and currently on Retatrutide. Eat so much less, enjoy things more and hoping this is the new way to live.

Congratulations! Reta has been a game changer for me too. I had been stymied to lose more that 5 lbs max after hitting menopause. I'm on week 21 and am down 27 lbs. I'm still in shock that I can make dessert for my family and not wander back into the kitchen for bite after bite into the wee hours. In terms of weight loss it does seem to have come from all over. --Including parts of my body I never really thought of as carrying a ton of weight (my calves).

Many of my initial side effects have lessened. I would like to see my heart rate tick down but I have heard the increase peaks around week 24 so we'll see. My only real issue at this point is that I have to force myself to think about food and nutrition at all. I've found myself nearing the end of the day knowing I've done a poor job of getting in enough protein and vegetables. -Even before Reta I was rarely hungry until 2pm so intermittent fasting was easy. I more than made up for any deficit in the evening. Now I find I am not even thinking about food until 6pm. Its on my to do list to devise a healthier routine so I'm less pressed to get enough nutrition in during a small window.

Congrats again! Keep us posted on your journey!
