I joined last year during October, finally made the jump on the 27th, while it took awhile to get really moving I stuck with it.

First 10 months was Triz (5mg max) and Cagrillintide (1mg max), the last month I replaced Cagrillintide with Retritruide (2mg)

My goal hasn't been reached but it feels great being close. For people on the fence, give it a go 😊

Yep. It works. Down 110lbs and 45% of my body weight in about a year and happily in maintenance. Don't forget the back story for most of us -- decades of yo yo failed diets. I would just add, finally something that works.

I just wanna confirm you’re taking tirz and Reta together right now? I’m curious why? I found the tirz gave me almost too much of a loss of food noise to the point I never ate, but Reta doesn’t really give me as much as I’d like. But I’m just curious why you chose to combine the tirz/cagri and Reta/tirz if you’re willing to share

Nice, that's amazing. Im sure you feel like a billion dollars, glad it's worked. I know about those yo yo diets too.

I read on here that there is a uptick and that you should pen twice a week instead of 1. Some graph and stuff. So, I was always gonna order Triz due to it being superior Ozempic, decided I would try a experimental one, wanted Reta but it was out of stock at the time at Nexaph. So I tried Cagrillintide.

I will say I got lots of nausea from it for a few weeks but after that it was smooth.

I continued doing two pins a week because it simply worked and there's no reason to change it if it works for you. I changed to Reta because they say it's superior at fat burning and keeping muscle (lifting rn so it made sense).

So far, I've been losing faster since switching to Reta.
