I placed a order for 2 R-15`s and they came pricely ass they explained they would. I will be sending product out for testing this coming week. I hope they keep the customer service rolling and everything checks out.
I am hjoping they expand the product line soon; has anyone heard anything in this regard?

MIX is a new vendor. You purchased from their first China-shipped domestic warehouse stock. I would expect them to go out of their way to make good first impressions and they appear to be doing that by the accounts I've seen.

That said, it takes time, service, multiple tested batches and consistent problem resolution for many customers before a new vendor can establish a meaninful repututation. That still remains to be demonstrated by MIX.

There isn't a fast way to demonstrate a good long-term track record.

They are getting very popular and are waiting for a restock of their products and hopefully they'll be able to handle demand when that happens. They are only a 2 person operation but have been super responsive and great so far. Quickest order to delivery I've experienced.

I paid at 6am. I have informed delivery and USPS sent me an email at 10:59 am that they had my package.

I am opposite Coast from them so USPS took their sweet time but I got it in 5 days

Someone close to where the packages originated got theirs in 2 days.
