Do you mean you've discovered individuals who might have minions moderating/monitoring their web presence (Discord/Telegram/Skool/etc). They do large scale buys with testing and the domestic pricing meets or beats a CN vendor's price?

Ok. This person isn't leading group buys. They are buying large chunks, on their own, funding tests and then selling the product.
That makes them a GBO (group buy or ganizer) a thankless job herding cats that sometimes culminates with happy buyers and profit to the GBO. Sometimes they become disappointing pyramid schemes so go in with eyes wide open. There's no shame in asking if you can DM experienced members here and run your GBO by them. Because GBOs screen their members either through referrals or targeted questions posting GBOs by name in the forum but if he happy to provide feedback privately. There's GBOs I won't deal with because they tie their business to charity, religion or politics. I want fat drugs!
That's not what is happening here. They're not screening the buyers or herding cats. They buy the product up front. Test it. THEN offer it for sale, either by kit, half kit or individual vial. Like, they have a shop with inventory that they purchase and test.
Then that's definitely a different type of vendor. Like a Tupperware party vendor 🤣. I've had my best buys in a similar situation. It was nice paying the same price or less than the CN pricelist but having real third party testing (the buyers submitted vials). He made small margins by negotiating bulk pricing. Recently he paused because the "environment" became too unstable. Tariffs, shipping, seizures... It was great while it lasted!
