Wondering if anyone has experience with peptides in people over 75-80 years old. I want to help my parents feel better in their later years of life. I have experience with Bpc/tb and tesa/ipa and have had a great reduction in back herniation pain! But I’m 45 and don’t want to suggest something for my parents that could hurt them. They are in great shape for their ages but are experiencing the inevitable physiological and physiological changes that come with age. Their response times are becoming slower, eye issues and the normal aches and pains that anyone that age would have. Any experiences would be much appreciated!!

I would imagine anything that promotes energy production would be good. MOTC-s with NAD+ would be a good stack. 5-amino 1MQ maybe? Cerebrolysin , semax and selank would be good too

Any benefits yet? Like sleep?
I haven't talked to her since she started (she doesn't live near me), but she is only taking the GLOW so far. Best to start just 1 at a time. I guess I did say I got her started on everything. I sent her everything, but she hasn't actually started them all yet. I can say my sleep was improved when I did my first epitalon cycle in August.

That’s great! Can you tell me more about what you have tried and your results?
Sure.

BPC-157 1mg morning and evening. Prior to starting peptides, I had reached a point where post-workout pain and stiffness would last for 3+ days and completely killed any motivation to work out. BPC makes it so I'm not even sore the following morning. It also seems to improve my in-workout recovery, so I'm doing more reps than I did ten years ago. Oh, and the catalog of aches that I built up with aging has shrunk to almost nothing.

Retatrutide -- currently 2mg weekly. My weight was absolutely stuck. No matter what diet or fasting routine I tried, my weight either didn't budge or it drifted higher. I'm now down 15 pounds (almost 7 kilos) in 9 weeks. Lots of related changes like lower blood pressure. My next blood tests should be interesting.

CJC-1295/Ipamorelin 100mcg morning and evening. I'm sleeping better since I added this. It's still early research for me, but it appears to be helping me add muscle mass.

Cerebrolysin - 5mL a day, 5-on, 2-off. Will cycle off for 2 months, probably in December. This is an intramuscular injection along with being a large amount of fluid to inject all at once. I have to psyche myself up for it ever day, but it's worth it. Changes in emotional state, memory, learning rate, sense of smell, improved hearing, ... are all for the positive. Stuff that used to kick over my angry-meter now just seems amusing.

I'm looking at adding GHK-cu. I bought a kit, but haven't started it yet.

Have you considered supplements in addition to peptides? I’m in my early 60s and take:
Vitamin D3/K2 (mk7), magnesium threonate, methylated B vitamins, multi-vitamin, TMG, CoQ10 (on a statin), tudca, and fisetin - all are for longevity.

In addition to tirz and test cyp, I am currently cycling NAD+, SS31, and MOTS-C.

Yeah they already do a lot of supplements but I’ll see if they take any of those. Thanks for the response!
