Hi Everyone,

I'm preparing to pull the trigger on hgh, I'm seeking opinions and advice before placing an order.

I’m 36. I’ve been on TRT at 100mg/week for about 3 years, and I’ve been curious about GH mainly for the for better sleep, more energy, improved mental clarity, and preserving muscle while continuing to lose fat.

For context: over the past few years I went from 350 lbs down to 250 on without medical assistance and two months ago I started Reta and I’m currently at 230. I work out daily, but I still deal with low energy and poor sleep. My Whoop lists my metabolic age at 40.

I haven’t checked my IGF-1 levels yet, but I plan to.

I want something that has less potential side effects than AAS, but more bang for my buck than something like Ipamorelin and CJC

Yeah, I’m interested in hearing what others have to say based on their experiences too.

One question though. If you’re doing bloodwork regularly for your TRT protocol, shouldn’t your IGF-1 level already be included in those labs?

I don't think so, but I'll check

Your IGF-1 level really starts to plummet after 40. 2 IU of HGH per day is nice, but you'll only notice your nails and hair grow faster. 4 IU per day does more. Apply it in the evening before going to bed. IGF-1 is most commonly added after your first deep sleep. 2 IU is a women's dosage. And all those horror stories about organ growth and whatnot, then you're really above 10 IU per day with insulin. It's not recommended if you've had cancer. But if you live a healthy lifestyle and exercise or are active, in combination with testosterone, it does fantastic things, especially after 3 months of daily use. I've now been using it for 6 months and see my body changing week after week. Any other questions? Let me know. ✌️✌️
Thanks for your reply. When did you first notice benefits, whether physical or mental. what psychological benefits did you notice? Anything you wish you new 3 months ago?
