I've looked through the list that customs publishes and noticed that there weren't that many GLPs on there. “Counterfeit” is legally a very specific word and not the same thing as our UGL and gray market peptides. “Counterfeit” would be labeled as Ozempic or another trademarked word. I invite people to look at Blacks Law Dictionary.

Senators each send dozens of letters like this a month to appease their financiers, special interest groups and constituents. They have a wide array of topics that will be things like “what are doing to prevent the import of microchips into the US” or “the world is ending from cow flatulence”.

Most important, be careful how much you order at one time. The government will just seize something that comes through the mail and it’s an amount for personal use. If they can articulate that the amount is intended for distribution, you are looking at a much higher amount of malice. This witch hunt has been going on for decades with steroids and India pharmaceuticals.
