CJC+Ipa Stack

I know this stack isn't the best for muscle mass growth, but I am already on week 2 and just wanting some second opinions on dosing and if I'm pretty much wasting my time thinking it will help me gain more lean muscle mass. I am 30 year old male, 5'10, 174lbs & I do put the work in at the gym and diet so hoping it will offer some results compared to not running anything at all. Here is my current dose plan below. Is titrating up to 500mcg or 600mcg too much? Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you!

W1-3: 200mcg: morning/night (400mcg daily)
W4-6: 250mcg: morning/night (500mcg daily)
W7-8: 300mcg: morning/night (600mcg daily)
 
If what you listed is the combined mcg of both peptides I think that's a pretty standard dosing plan. First time I did Week 1-4 300mcg, Week 5-8 500mcg, Week 9-12 600 mcg Week 13-16 700mcg. Individually you see each peptide having starting doses up to 300mcg each but they have such a combined effect it's usually suggested for less combined. You see protocols all over the place for this combination as everyone handles higher GH levels differently and depends on what your naturally producing already as it multiplies that level. I've gone up to 400mcg of each and had great results although I prefer to do slightly more Ipa than CJC and at the lower levels usually just do before bed but again everyone reacts differently. Start at the lower dose and see how your body reacts and adjust accordingly. The minimum time to run the stack is 8 weeks but honestly see greater results running it 12-16 weeks. It's a stack that sometimes takes some time to see results but usually see improvement in sleep pretty quickly.

Yes I was thinking you were talking combined not individually. Have you been having any side effects from your dosage so far? You are already at what’s suggested as the standard dose that I’ve read anything more moving towards advanced levels. As to your question these really help with recomp, will see some help with muscle growth if everything else is in check but not going to grow muscle like crazy. With these I think more time is better than higher doses. Again everyone is different and different baseline HGH levels so have to go how you feel but this definitely isn’t an instant gratification type of peptide other than better sleep comes pretty quick.
 
You might want to start on a lower dose to be safe. Some people report allergic reactions to the CJC in particular.
CJC1295 no dac saturates the receptors at around a 150mcg dose, so adding more on top of this may not be beneficial. I haven't read up on ipamorelin however.

No I haven't had any side effects at all. I have one more day left in week 2 until my 2 off days. With me being at 400mcg of both daily and that's pretty much the standard dose, should I just stay at 400mcg the whole time then? And yes, I am already feeling the better sleep part of it, I haven't slept so deep in years. I also feel like a zombie by 9:30 every night as well lol

I'm already on week 2, almost week 3 and haven't had any reactions or side effects. But with you saying the receptors are maxed out at 150mcg, should I just stay at 400mcg daily the whole time then or dose it down? I'd still be fine to dose 150-200mcg in the morning and 150-200mcg at night though? I just wouldn't wanna do a bunch at one time bc it would only do so much and waste the rest?
