Jano mentions sterile water reconned peps could last more than what we previously thought. Should we Europeans quit stressing over bac water and just get the real deal from the pharmacy? He mentions 2-4 weeks in the fridge. This got me fucked up. Can we agree on consensus?
 
Jano is probably the most knowledgeable person on earth when it comes to testing UGL peptides, so I would take his advice on that front.


But if he can't bring actual serious empirical evidence that it's alright, by running the experiments, then I'm going to stick to taking the recommendations of every single large medical organization (FDA, EMA, NHS, WHO etc) in the world with regards to multi use vials, that is, that they need a bacteriostat agent in them.
 
He also said that they do that because BAC water is hard to come by in the EU. Lots of them looking for it on Reddit, but you can't discuss BAC there either. I'd much prefer to have BAC with 0.9% benzyl alcohol to inhibit bacterial growth than not. If you're going through a vial a month, it's probably fine, but I'm not.

Yes, I run my bac for up to 90days....

I just found this over there also. Might make sense if you can keep everything sterile. This person is from the UK and recommends UK-Peptides, but the post is old:
Make your own, amazon sells sealed 10 mg vials.
Rinse by boiling in water, leave to dry.
Then buy a 10 mg syringe.
Buy again from amazon a box of 24 bottles of 90ml cow&gate serilised water add to the ten mark of a 1mg syringe of Benzyl Alcohol 99.9% pure.
It well keep your wallet alot more full.
It's easy after first try. And save you a packet.

Yes but, he also says throw it all away after 28 days.. Most of us use the bac so we feel like we dont have to do that.

I lives in the US. I'm happy with Hospira BAC water. But if I had difficulties finding BAC water, I'd use sterile water. Currently, I'll use a vial that has been reconstituted within the last 90 days. I expect I'd be less willing to wait that long if I didn't have BAC water.

DIY BAC water is possible, but make sure you order depyrogenated supplies from reputable sources such as lab/medical supply companies (ie not amazon), and practice OCD sterile techniques.

I posted that because, for whatever reason, Hospira and BAC in general, is hard to find in the EU. The OP is across the pond. That BAC "recipe" was posted by a researcher in the UK who gave up on finding a regular supply.
 
Another question I got. Does ph affect absorption or bioavailability of the pep?
Im sure above 10 or below 3 will most likely impair it but what if the offset is moderate?

They're only $10 each if you buy 5 of them. Otherwise you pay shipping which makes them more than $10 each. If you need one bottle it's nearly $20 each. That's like saying that you can get an M&M for $0.01 each rather than telling someone how much a bag of M&Ms costs to make it seem like a deal.

Let's be real, $10 for a 30ml of water & alcohol (nearly as much as the actual peptide vial you're reconstituting in many cases) isn't exactly a bargain in the first place even if that price existed. Which is doesn't unless you buy in bulk. Even then they can't even say the brand it is? What kind of a goofy game is that?

"Oh, it's good. Trust us. The brand starts with an H but it could be Husqvarna for all you know. Just give us $50 and trust us that this water people on forums claim is liquid gold is worth it."

Also, 5 bottles of 30ml is roughly 50 reconstituted 3ml vials. How many peptides you got the average user taking to use that up in a reasonable amount of time? I know that many are comfortable with going beyond expiration dates but 50 vials worth for the average user is many years.

I'm all for having trusted sources for bac water but, at the end of the day, it's just water & alcohol processed & packaged in a sterile controlled environment. It shouldn't be so clandestine, expensive or such a polarizing topic. I'm not saying that everyone should just reconstitute w/toilet water but there's a lot of exits between that and $20/bottle designer bacteriostatic water.

Uh no, I've bought from there plenty of times and gotten 3 bottles for $30. I don't know why you're fighting this. Go to MedEx Supply and get a case of 25 for $200 if you don't like it.

That's STILL not $10 and it doesn't even exist today. $50 is the minimum for no shipping charge from the link you provided which can't even say it's the name brand you claim it is for some odd reason.

I'm "fighting" you on this (if that's what you want to call it) because it's not a difficult concept to understand. Two people in this thread have stated it's $10 per bottle (which is still a lot for water & alcohol) and this isn't a price that's replicable in any way, shape of form.

The closest you can get is buying in bulk starting at $50. That's not the same as buying something for $10. Telling someone to go spend $200 on a case of 25 is going the wrong direction. There's no need to make up numbers or act like something is a better deal than it is. Math is math.

Acting like anyone can just walk into a local store and lay down a $10 bill and walk out with Hospira BAC water isn't a reality so presenting it as being that simple isn't accurate. So you're bitching about having to pay shipping? What does the price on the site say? $9.99. Sure, if you don't want to pay shipping, add more things to get to $50. That still doesn't change the price of the individual bottle. Blame Hospira for the prescription requirements and the high price. We're just offering cheaper options. But if you want to bitch because you don't want to pay shipping, that's a you problem. If you don't like it, buy a case or make your own ffs. You must be fun at parties.
