Got it from JEEP. Reconstituted 50mg with 3ml of bac water. It’s been 3 days and looks opaque compared to the previous ghk cu I bought from Sigma Audley.

Is this good/beneficial to use? Or has it been degraded and wasted?

When you initially reconstituted it, was the solution clear, and did it later become cloudy after refrigeration?

I wouldn’t use it in its current cloudy state. GHK-Cu should remain clear, and cloudiness after refrigeration—especially at this concentration—likely indicates precipitation or instability. Since it doesn’t match how your previous Sigma-Aldrich GHK-Cu behaved, I’m erring on the side of safety and not using it.
GHK-Cu is sensitive to concentration, pH, and temperature. To prevent cloudiness/precipitation, it should be reconstituted more dilute (for example, 50 mg with 5–10 mL), mixed gently without shaking, and stored consistently in the refrigerator without freezing or large temperature swings. Using fresh BAC water, minimizing vial punctures, and allowing it to warm to room temperature before use also helps keep it stable.

Does it look clear in the vial? Or also opaque in the vial?

I haven't reconned GHK-Cu yet, but I have more than a couple of times had a little cloudiness in the syringe even though the vial was clear. Fine enough to me.
