Jeep T30 not sealed?

JP T30. I just reconstituted a vial and it did not draw the bacteriostatic water in. Did another and same thing. This is my 4th and 5th vial and all the others were obviously sealed.

Is it safe to use? In 18 months and 3 different vendors I’ve never had this happen before. I hate to toss but also want to be safe.

I also don’t filter but ordered supplies last night and start. I added this to another post last night but since I didn’t get any responses wanted to try my own.

Hi All If a peptide vail does not hold vacuum and is pressure neutral , does that mean anything ? is it old ? My new chinese Peps Pull the Bac water in with force . Today I mixed a peptide I have had sitting for months unmixed it was pressure neutral I had to push the water in with the needle...
