I have ASC black cap T30. I paid $100 to help with a testing group that used PT. Results from 1/18/25 were 31.2mg/99.967% purity - it's good.

Most of my freezer stash is ASC, which is Tuk/Angel. "She" talked a big talk about taking care of her customers but when zero pep product was sent out nothing was done about it, they removed all ways for customers to openly talk on their platforms, *and* they kept their shingle up and selling...

You don't have to 'hope' - they always get tested. Results in 6 weeks or less by using that QR code your packaging if you don't frequent the Telegram "Testing Results" section.

Yeah, I go in phases with stuff. I should probably eat all the Bootylicious protein muffins, Quest chips, and Built puff bars in my pantry before I buy more flavors of this stuff. I have a history of losing interest in the next, best-tasting protein item. :sneaky:

Circling back here to say I finally tried the 1up Lemon Italian Ice and ALL THUMBS UP. Has anyone tried the cherry?? Are they all fabulous?

No one will be able to tell you if you're going to have terrible sides from taking the extra 2.5mg, but I would expect not? You could always inject your pens into a sterile vial and then draw out the correct amount with a regular insulin syringe, and save the rest for later. That's what I'd do...

I tried stacking Reta with my 10mg Tirz but it didn't agree with my stomach. Let that wash out for a few weeks and yesterday I tried 0.2mg Sema and it seems to be legit. Also using Pegasus (Lipo/MIC) once a week but I don't get any feels from that.

I'll chime in and say that I've been happily enjoying up to 12oz of wine a day (most days just 6oz), using a measure so that I don't go over 'cause the glass is big, counting it in my daily calories, and still losing when I stick to my calorie goals. I was a bit stuck for a couple of months, but...

Just a note to say 'solidarity' on the Reta. I'm jelly of all the people who love it so much, but I just can't stay in the bathroom alllll day.

Reminds me of the "omg help me I can't afford name brand and my life is literally over" and then you do because you're a compassionate person who's BTDT, and THEN they're like "omg are you cRazY?! I can't possibly add BAC to a vial on my own!"

I'm glad this poop thread got bumped because I've just had the single worst day - started with Tirz constipation so bad I took a Dulcolax at 4am, and at some point the 0.3mg Reta micro-dose I tried to stack mid-week kicked in and I finished the day with 8 trips to the bathroom with diarrhea...

I read a FB comment this morning where this person was shame blasting anyone taking Ozempic pills because there's a shortage and diabetics are dying without their pills that all the fatties are scooping up. Also, we're all going to die from sides very soon. 💃

Thank you for saying this. I had a bad Reta stack attempt and I was going to dive back in on that at a smaller start-level mg but your post reminded me I have Sema in my freezer that I've never tried before. Might as well give it a whirl before running something I know causes me issues - thanks!
