High-Dose Tirz Weight Loss

I am happy for you to have that reaction to a low dose. God knows I wish I did but I am on private prescription of mounjaro and felt 0 effects until I hit 12.5mg. some people are more sensitive to medication than others.

I'm not really at low dose levels yet - I guess 1 -15mg dose every two weeks would be similar to taking 7.5 every week. I think this whole process will be different for everyone. No shame in doing whatever works for you, individually. This is just what I'm doing.

I had strong suppression effects at 10mg, but kept ramping up to keep that feeling. After 2 years, the days of noticable appetite suppression are long gone and I was tired of chasing it. The most important thing is that we stay healthy as possible, and who knows if what I was doing was actually okay long term. I'm happy where I am and now I'm ready to test slowly coming off if I can tolerate it...without regaining. We will see - I'm optimistic, but I can also see a scenario where I'm popping on and off this stuff my entire life.

My Doc and I are friends. The bastard got me on this ride, then turned poster child. He never got higher than 5mg. Lost 70 or 80 lbs. Then quit altogether. He keeps a stock, just in case. I also do believe some are more sensitive and some are more resistant.
Which makes me wonder, if and when I go to maintenance dose, if stopping or skipping for a period would make me more sensitive? It would damb sure make it cheaper. I really had a love affair at 2.5mg and 5mg. Tirz. But it's more like a battle at 10mg and now 12.5mg. The fine print does say 'with diet and excersize.' Isn't chore time at 16 below enough excersize?

Sorry I was responding to an old message of someone advising you to jist stay on 4mg or smth. I am new to this forum so I didnt quote the person.
I completely understand hesitation for long term use. I am sure I will be staying on this for life if it works which is why grey market is so important. I was very interested in your higher dosage as I mentioned I am only effected by high dosages.
I have fears of building a tolerance to the effects in tbe future. Is this something you have experienced?

No point in rushing unless you can't afford it.
Yes, food choices are super important and those I do feel like are really under my control at all times, no excuses.
Thank you for your thoughts. Wishing us all both peace and a delicious holiday season.
