I've had 5 comprehensive blood tests done since starting in Dec 23 and the only significant changes were in my alt and ast numbers - which drastically improved. Everything else was in normal range from the start until now.
I still have several days a month where I am near or exceed 5000 calories. I overindulge, but since tirzy, it feels more purposeful and easier to hop back on track afterwards.
If you don't mind experimenting with your diet for a week or two, try lowering protein and fat while increasing carbs. It took months of doing that before I trusted it was going to produce continuous results for me. Prior to that, I had been so fixated on high protein and keto-ish style diets...
Thanks homie.
I was trying to force that early effortless feeling you get when starting these shots, so that led to quickly increasing doses.
The goal is to completely come off of everything, slowly. But, I'll have medicine on hand just in case this plan doesn't work.
I just hit overweight on the BMI scale and figured it would be a good time to post an update, since I'm not sure how many other people are above the 15mg/week threshold and it might be useful info to some. My doctor recently told me I need to start wrapping this up and slowing down. High dose...
He's actually the only person in this forum I know irl. I went to school with him. He spent most of his time in the nurse's office stealing bandaids and chapstick. Heck of a guy, but has a diabolical case of sticky fingers when medical supplies are nearby.
Down 45% in 15 months.
Before I began losing weight, there were several arbitrary scale numbers I thought would make me happy, but every time I reach that number, I'm still not happy. I'm hoping to be done soon, but keep saying, "1 more month." I have so much loose skin, you could jump out of...
I've been on a similar weight loss trajectory as you and am nearly blacking out every time I stand up. In my case, I feel it's the drastic caloric deficit I've been in for 15 months now, probably because I don't want to blame tirzy. Who knows, could be either or a combo of both.
I'll be curious...
Ah, crap. Are the dizzy spells a new thing? If so, maybe you could take a look at your electrolyte intake or try upping your calories a bit while decreasing your tirzy dose for a couple weeks. Being low on salts will make you dizzy frequently and it's harder to maintain them when you are low...
The dream! Please keep us updated and good job on your loss up to this point.
Unfortunately, it seems like most people have their hunger return based on the EL trials where they cut participants off the medicine and most begin regaining weight. But that doesn't mean it happens to everyone and...
Hell yeah! Good job.
I have a similar story to yours and will be entering rebuild mode here in the next couple of months.
I did do a couple DEXA scans throughout this process though. The first after the first 70lbs lost and another at 160 lbs down. Of those 90lbs lost between the scans, 1 out...
