I've had 5 comprehensive blood tests done since starting in Dec 23 and the only significant changes were in my alt and ast numbers - which drastically improved. Everything else was in normal range from the start until now.

I still have several days a month where I am near or exceed 5000 calories. I overindulge, but since Tirz, it feels more purposeful and easier to hop back on track afterwards.
