Amo's prices have always been much higher. But they occasionally have pretty decent sales (I think 60% off at one point last year?). People will pay more for fast shipping, paypal/alibaba pay and a vendor that is regularly tested.

I've definitely noticed an improvement in my food noise and cravings in the past week. I'm going to continue taking .125 of cagri for the next 4-6 weeks before moving up to .250.

there was a spreadsheet going around at one time that listed all the various sources of lipo-c with test results. i think there were maybe like 6-7 that tested as legitimate lipo-c, and the rest were.... well, who knows.

I don't think there's much testing available for their products. Some of their reta came in at ~93% purity recently. They're also a reseller and get their product from the same place as LSPL, ZZT, ZLZ. Think they also were sending out dyed water instead of lipo-c. I personally had a bad...

if you got it through the Christmas sale, that R30 tested fine - good purity and quite a bit of overfill.

i've got a long weekend coming up next weekend so I may pin it depending on whether I've lost weight this week (struggling since hitting 40lbs lost!). that way if it knocks me out, I can sleep all weekend. but i'm probably gonna start at .125 😂
