SW: 232 6/1/2024. Started Tirz 7/1/2024 CW: 155 Down 77lbs. I'm super happy with my current weight. I am losing another 10-12lbs with skin removal surgery next year.

Kitchen counter. I turn off my HVAC. Sterilize my counter. Then I use sterile drapes to drape my countertop and lay out my supplies after wiping them down with alcohol. I use aseptic technique to be best of my ability. I recon 90 day supply at a time. The sterile drapes are like $6 from med supply.

So many people are going to have the "QSC is back!" mentality. And it's dangerous. They've admitted openly their operations, equipment, and staff are all different now. Congrats! That's amazing! I don't *want* surgery but after I carried twins then lost 130lbs from my highest pregnancy weight... I have an unfortunate apron of skin that's got to go. And if we're doing surgery I'm going all out on a 360 lift.
