    Blood Sugar Checks?

Never had glucose issues. I do CMP every 4-6 months. Was worried about hypoglycemia or coma, but no wild swings detected. I do titrate up very slowly.

    Storage Case

Amazon, Essential oil carrying case, for 3ml vials. Are held firmly in. Cheap, simple, and in multiple shape and sizes.

    Airport Security Peptide

You have the wrong state of mind. You are already making yourself guilty, and they can spot that. I recon 1 vial and put it with my checked bag, with my personal items, along my perfume bottles and other liquids (eye drops, etc). I put syringes, alcohol, etc in a separate small wrap in the...

Pinning every 5 and 6 days.

When you change dosage, the effect can take 1-2+weeks. Try this calculator : https://glp1plotter.com/ to help adjust dosage based on number of days. I am doing 8.5mg every 3.5 days. Read up on half-life. Worth it.

    High-Dose Tirz Weight Loss

Congrats. Impressive. I am at 22mg peak on Tirz, so this will help me push towards a peak of 28mg. And for 8 months, wow. Are you doing occasional blood tests? Any out of range results due to higher dosage?

My Cagri Chronicle: ongoing updates on progress with cag starting October 2024

details? dosage, how often, for how long? any other pinning/stacking? For me, 0.8mg Cagri, once a week(5+months), with Tirz (1 year) at max dose, works very well: from zero food noise to just a bit. Not everyone react the same.

    Peptide interaction chart

Watch out if a vial has a strong vacuum. It wants to pull in the content of the syringe. I suspect the limit is based on the amount of liquid you are willing to inject at once.

Reta from one supplier (but not others) burning when injected.

Try more bac. For most peps, I use 25-40u.Tirz 45u. For me, only Ghk-cu stings. Reta does not stink but am only at 1.5mg doses. When you added Bac to the 'bad' vial, was the water sucked in without pressing the syringe? That would indicate vacuum (no air) and a good sign. I always expect my...

    Tirz Freezing/Defrosting

For Tirz, is your call: to freeze or not to freeze. Like many, I have a lot of vials of various peps and I have a good freezer where the temp is -8F (-22c), +/- 2 degrees (my Blink camera inside says so). I freeze all my lyophilized peps. According to studies and Jano, refrigeration is...

    Tirz Freezing/Defrosting

Recommended to not refreeze due to risk of breaking the seal and allowing air/moisture in. Should be fine in frigo for 6+ months if lyophilized (Studies are all over the place on this). I would not travel by air with an ice pack of any sort or a vial with 'white powder'. I travel with...

    Bacteriostatic Solution Sodium Chloride

Nacl is to make the solution more isotonic. From the Tirz patent: It is further desirable to match the tonicity (i.e., osmolality) of body fluids at the injection site as closely as possible when administering the compositions because solutions that are not approximately isotonic with body...

    Hospira BAC Availability

Yes. First time. Used 25ml out of one bottle this month. Found no noticeable difference, maybe injection sites are less visible (or my skin is getting used to the pinning). Experimenting as Lilly does have Nacl in their pens (isotonic).

Has this happened to anyone else?

Great subject. Yes did happen. Painful learning. I recap, place in old milk jug, and then trash. I will evaluate the single hand scoop or direct trash to avoid recap. This should be on cheat sheet for newbies.

New to Reta – Waiting on OAC, Anyone Pinned Nexaph Already?

I have used Nexa 12mg Reta. No issues to report. Having stacked Tirz, Cagri and Reta, if food noise is annoying you, add Cagri. Low doses can reduce the food craving or completely stop you from eating altogether. Works wonder for me as I am at max dose for Tirz.

BAC Water vs NaCl Water vs Benzyl Alcohol vs ??? :)

I recently switched to Hospira Saline Bac with Benzyl (yes, the lime/green cap) as 'research'. I noticed that Novo and Lilly use an isotonic mixture for their glp1, which has Nacl. Why would they waste $$ adding saline? More resilient during transport? As they ship recon, maybe it helps shelf...
