I have Afib with RVR. What has been your experience been with increased heartrate from Reta?

Before I started reta, my resting heart rate, according to Apple Health, which uses my Apple Watch to keep track, was always in the low 40s. I started about 6 weeks ago, taking 2 mg reta per week. On its highest day, my resting heart rate was 57. Recently, it has been in the high 40s. I...

    Grey more effective?

That depends. If they rely on testing, then they adjust the amount of BAC water to add BAC water based upon the amount of the GLP-1 drug in the vial that was tested.

I'm going to shoot for losing 100 pounds in 6 months

Perhaps the most important thing I learned through my grey research is that, at least for me, injecting mice with GLP-1 drugs, did nothing to help me lose weight. It was only when I started taking the GLP-1 drugs myself that I lost anything.

    Pre filling glp1 syringe

But you’re comparing items with dissimilar benefits. As to using Chinese peptides, I have no choice if I want to use Reta. In contrast, I avoid pre filling a syringe because it doesn’t seem to benefit me in anyway and does carry a small amount of additional risk.

Republican Administration Maintains Exclusivity Stance in GLP-1 (Tirzepatide) Compounding Dispute

If the government says so at the beginning, sure, that's fine. That way the company can decide whether to make use of that funding or not. Practically speaking, I doubt there are many grants for research that don't impose disclosure obligations.

    Pre filling glp1 syringe

I agree. None of us (or at least few of us) are actually trying to harm ourselves. We're generally trying to improve ourselves. We do take measures, such as researching vendors and following good reconstitution technique, to reduce harm.

US judge bars copies of Lilly weight-loss drug

I know many compounding pharmacies plan to continue compounding. The FDA's announcement and the court ruling as to it affect only affect one exception to the ban on compounding of patented medications. There are many others. See Food Drug & Cosmetic Act §§ 503A (21 U.S.C. § 353a), 503B (21...

US judge bars copies of Lilly weight-loss drug

Because the 503B pharmacies are envisioned as compounding beforehand to meet a need. The 503As are only supposed to compound for specific patients. Strictly speaking, it's not size that counts, but the provision that of law that authorizes the compounding that makes a difference.

Republican Administration Maintains Exclusivity Stance in GLP-1 (Tirzepatide) Compounding Dispute

China is a communist country. I'm fine with people pressing their governments to research pharmaceuticals so long as the governments do not seek to restrict private companies from researching and developing drugs.

Republican Administration Maintains Exclusivity Stance in GLP-1 (Tirzepatide) Compounding Dispute

Except China isn't really a communist country any more. Both India and China, in many ways, are more free economically, than the US. I will point out, however, that patent protections are expressly permitted by the US Constitution. "The Congress shall have Power . . . To promote the Progress...

People often do burn fat and gain muscle at the same time. Whether you can do so depends on the time of shape you're in. People regularly did so while on the TV show the Biggest Loser. Of course, the folks on the show had professional coaches and didn't have any other employment at the time...

I have never heard of any issues as to Skye or Polaris other than price. (People with more experience, please correct me if I'm wrong.) That means you don't have to test. When I wanted to try reta, buying a small vial from Skye that I would receive quite quickly made sense.

    Bac Water

When you buy from PGB, they include the BAC water. Although it's not Hospira, I have not heard anyone complain about the PGB BAC water. They contain far less BAC water than each vial of Hospira, but the Hospira gets thrown away with most of the water still in it.
