The only time I stopped was a few weeks prior to a colonoscopy as per the doc's request. I am on Ozempic so I did not have to explain anything... I restarted as usual. Have people successfully stopped 4-5 weeks and restarted again at lower dosages again? Did it work?

I am looking to do this as well. I just have not pulled the trigger. I have seen people say to start at .125, then go to .250 and work your way up from there. That is what I will do when the time comes. Good luck.

I just read one of your replies. Of the 900 calories are you getting enough protein? I did Macros for a while and it really helped. I was eating too many carbs and not getting enough protein. I promise I will stay in my lane about your calorie intake.

For me I had to go on hormones before I lost any weight. I literally had nothing left. I dropped 15 quickly and then stalled. That was when my menopause specialist suggested Oz. I continued to drop another 15 and stalled again.

I am up to 5. I do 1.5mg Oz on Sunday and 5mg of tirz Weds.

I did not see this post before I typed a response, but that was exactly what I just said. It was so nice just buying from one place and not having to worry if you could get syringes shipped to your state, buy (1000) alcohol swabs, etc.
