Label all the things. My memory sucks so I’m careful to label the total mg, the ml of bac, and the units for the dose I take. Saves me having to calculate it every time I dose. Lol
I think they say not to go past 5.5 but my memory is sketchy and I could be thinking of cagri.
If op has some ph strips it might be interesting to test and see where they’re at
After not seeing great results on 8mg Reta by itself, now I’m back to
8mg Reta (split to two doses a week)
5mg tirz (split)
3ML lipo-c (1ml 3x I really hate this one)
1500mg nad+ (500 mg 3x)
And I have some glow on order so I’ll do that a couple times a week, too
Shits getting out of hand yo
I ordered some r10 in a pre Christmas sale and they haven’t shipped yet so I asked if I can have two r20 instead of the three r10 I ordered. I paid $5 more for the r10 than the 2 r20 cost. Maybe he’ll say yes (I doubt it)
Just use google.
Shortening the minimum search terms to 3 would be helpful so you could search for qsc or sry for example when researching vendors. Sometimes even with quotes it’s not super reliable.
Otherwise use google.
They never go completely black even on the ones I have that have been autoclaved.
The plungers don’t pop out if the seal is intact and they’re cooled slower.
Seemed effective. I ran it an hour at the highest pressure setting, 15psi probably. I got impatient and cooled them too fast. That caused a few stoppers to blow and a few seals to pop. If I lose a few of the 60 or something vials, that’s ok
I got my aliexpress vials linked in the first page. There’s a sticker from the seller on the bag saying they’ve been sterilized but the packets indicate neither heat nor steam sterilization so I’m autoclaving a batch in my pressure cooker. I’ll update with results after the first batch is done...
I stopped taking tirz and increased the Reta from 2mg to 4 right away then 6 and then 8 after 4 weeks at each dose. The tirz has a five day half life and titrates out on its own
I don’t understand what you’re asking
Yeah I can buy them in the us for $100+ each or I can buy them in Canada for $10 each and $15 shipping. What’s the question here?
Trying to get a savvio pen or two. Bison pharmacy, polar bear meds, buy Canadian insulin, they’re all the same website format with different names and addresses. Are they just all a front for the same company?
None of them have savvios either, even if they tell you they do
I don’t eat a lot of sugar alcohols but I have been happy with the NOW brand super enzymes. I started taking them when I’d intermittent fast so I wouldn’t shit my guts immediately after my first meal
