I was on 2mg tirz but it worked phenomenally. And then I found out about grey market and retatrutide. Decided to buy a reta kit from nexaph but not feeling the reta at all yet which I understand is normal. Should I stay on tirz 2mg while I titrate up?

May 30th, 2024, to date, down 64lbs with roughly 45 of it by November 2024. Goal is 5 lbs away. Been at 15mg Tz since December 2024. Introduced .125 Cagri begining of April 2025. Maintenance very soon. Will transition to Reta/ Cagri at that point.

Literally stopped Tirz and started Reta. Although I was at a low tirz dose (2.5 mg) so the transition was pretty seamless. And was on Tirz alone for under 2 months.

I’m only at 6 mg Reta and I have no food noise. I was stacking Tirz and Reta to start- 2reta w/4 Tirz- transitioned to Reta 4, then 6 when I ran out of Tirz. But I’m one person.

Just my personal opinion. . . Reta at low doses doesn't have as good appetite suppression. But, I love the active fat burning. I would, and have, stacked Tirz and Reta. Reports are that when you hit 6mg of Reta and above the appetite suppression kicks in and you can transition fully to Reta...

I'd start with reta and then tirz for maintenance once I reach goal weight. Currently 7 months into tirz, 7mg, and starting reta soon. Losing about 6-8lb/month. I feel like transition to reta is going to be a pain in the ass.

You've gotten closer to your goal weight. What happened is normal. I used to get taller. It doesn't happen anymore.

This just isn't healthy. And you will thoroughly regret it by the time you reach your goal weight.

I wouldn't stack outside of maybe a transition period. Reta and Tirz are both EL products. If it made sense to have higher ratios of GLP1/GIP in Reta, they would have done it. The reality is that you're likely to lose muscle as well as fat by adding one to the other.
