Wassup Peppers,
It's time to change up the rotation. I was on Tirz at 10mg before I started to transition to Reta. Here's what I have been pinning:
1. Reta 8mg/week (I'm on week #2 at this dose) on Monday
2. Tirz 5mg/week (I'm on week #2 at this dose) on Friday
I have been having an absolute aversion to food. Have to force myself to eat breakfast and lunch. I thought, based on what I read about Reta, I would need the extra food noise suppression from keep Tirz in rotation. No, absolutely not - in my case. And I have been super tired on Tuesdays and Wednesdays after Reta shot. I'm pretty sure its the Tirz that I do not need right now.
Also, even with having an electrolyte drink every day and eating healthy carbs (potatoes, rice) I was still getting very dizzy if I squatted for too long and stood up. To the point of feeling like I was gonna pass out. Wondering if I was doing too much with this GLP stack?
Still in the gym 4x/week weighlifting. Trying to get in at least 130-150g of protein daily. I think I need to take in some more - I'm at 183lbs currently, and want to convert fat into muscle at this point. Not really wanting to weigh too much less.
Anyone else dealing with moving from Tirz to Reta? Or stacking both throughout the week? Please share what works great for y'all. I'm all ears.
