Ugh! I hope you're not told that it is reta, but mislabeled!!! Mine's finally moving in the USA, after ordering Feb 27. The order was TR60 + RT30, so let's see what shows up. They didn't include any vial photos with tracking number.

Thank you. Those are instructions, not scientific evidence of any sort. And they're for the mechanical injector device (which everyone agrees shouldn't be frozen), but also subsequently incorporated in the Lilly Direct single-dose vials.

It's my understanding that, after a problem batch incident, they no longer offer a new batch for sale until they've properly tested it. So that rules out pre-buys.

Are they stored in the freezer, as they should be? And if so, is the current-use syringe properly and fully defrosted? I'd move it to the fridge 24 hours before use. And then pull the plunger back, then push to the proper dose until a bead forms at the needle tip, then jab.
