It's my understanding that, after a problem batch incident, they no longer offer a new batch for sale until they've properly tested it. So that rules out pre-buys.

Are they stored in the freezer, as they should be? And if so, is the current-use syringe properly and fully defrosted? I'd move it to the fridge 24 hours before use. And then pull the plunger back, then push to the proper dose until a bead forms at the needle tip, then jab.

This is one reason why it's good to first draw air into the syringe (to the desired number of units), then stab its needle into the vial and plunge the air out, and then draw up the dose.

Have you reconstituted lyophilized Tirz yourself, and done the math to figure out how? Your question indicates that you haven't... and it's a needed fundamental step before switching to a pen. Do that step, use the syringe for another month, and the answer will be obvious to you.
