    Reta Vendors

Did you already buy their R16? Because it doesn't seem to be on offer on their website. A lab report is only really good for the particular batch you have or are buying (and that assumes that the vendor is careful about batch identification via number and/or cap color). Everything else just...

There's a lot to a good answer for you, especially if you're not clear on the substantial learning a work to use grey-market products--which are sold in dry form and need to be reconstituted in a very precise manner. The first thing I'd suggest is that you have your doctor appeal to your...

As I understand it, a single molecule that hits multiple receptors doesn't hit each receptor with equal or balanced effect. So either the drug you're referring to is a carefully blended combination therapy, or you're better off choosing various incretin mimetics and finding the best dosage...

How Much Should Weight Loss Drugs Cost?

Thanks. Interesting. So these prices are per single-use vial/pen (not per box of 4)? And by "wholesale", what is meant? There doesn't seem to be any room for dispensing pharmacist markup, let alone PBM-negotiated pricing.

Is it just me, or are many of the vendors using the same product list?

The dream would be to firmly link batches so that a CoA for one batch from vendor A could be considered valid for a particular batch from vendor B. Hope against hope. Investigator Krysia has a crowd-sourced database of labels. A similar one for price lists might be useful.

"Lyophilizer machines, also known as freeze dryers, can reach temperatures as low as -40°C to -80°C (-40°F to -112°F) for freezing the product, and condensers can reach -50°C to -105°C (-60°F to -180°F). "

There's no cellular level ... it's not a living thing. For tirzepatide, the suspected negative effect of freezing on purity did not pan out in a Discord group study done by Janos "06-2024 - Multiple Multi-Pep frozen-reconstituted-multi-pep", which ran 4 freeze-thaw cycles and tested at start...

Are they stored in the freezer, as they should be? And if so, is the current-use syringe properly and fully defrosted? I'd move it to the fridge 24 hours before use. And then pull the plunger back, then push to the proper dose until a bead forms at the needle tip, then jab.

    Unable to inject meds.

This is one reason why it's good to first draw air into the syringe (to the desired number of units), then stab its needle into the vial and plunge the air out, and then draw up the dose.
