Adipotide is another one you need to be careful with.

Tirz was awful for me. Constipated even using miralax daily, and I had IBS-D when I started Tirz. Reta is much easier on my system. If I have issues it’s because I’m not drinking enough water, and that’s on me.

I have afib w/rvr and my heart rate has not increased at all.

I just know that NOTHING worked until I started using tirz. I’ve switched to Reta, and still losing, so- it’s given me hope. I really don’t want to have surgery if I can avoid it.

Are you using both SS-31 and MOTS-C together? All the protocols I’ve seen say to cycle SS-31 first, then use MOTS-C. I’m curious to learn if it’s used differently in other protocols.

So are you telling me it wasn’t the AOD and I need to stop using it? I was stacking AOD, MOTS-C and Tirz… recently added BPC-157, CJC1295 and Ipamorelin plus GHK-Cu for loose skin and Selank for anxiety/depression..

Hah. I have lipedema, nothing would shift until I started using Tirz last April. I have minimum 60 lbs to lose still and would love to take off more.. maybe 80-100… to see what I’d look like at a “normal” BMI…

I’m looking at a new to me vendor. Any input on HK peptides?

I just started using it because I’d lost 120 lbs pre-peptides and 40 lbs so far using GLPs and peptides (and another 60 to go), and I’m hoping to at least firm up the skin on the back of my thighs- it pinches when I sit because the skin is so loose.. it’s very annoying.

Also, if you have had WLS, are you taking the correct form of iron? I was anemic forever until I got to the point I needed iron infusions. Post wls needs polysaccharide iron complex- we don’t make enough stomach acid to absorb ferrous sulfate. He told me I might as well have been taking gravel...

SS-31 is to be used pre MOTS-C to repair mitochondrial function; don’t need both at once- use the Ss-31 for a cycle then use the MOTS-C

I’ve taken it for a year. 300mcg daily. Steady wt loss.

This week if my first dose. I don’t feel different from when I was using Reta from a US vendor.. I never had tons of food noises so I’m not the one to ask on that. Also, I’m restarting post surgery- was forced to take a month off, so no weight change yet.
