GLP1 GRAND TOUR: Current RETA Experience

It has been a couple months since my last post. Continuing on Reta 12 mg. Weight loss after my prior post has been slowing from 4/wk, 3/wk, 2/wk and now bouncing around 0-2/wk.
Lost 55 lbs. so far in the 15 weeks and very happy and hopefully I can keep losing 1lb/wk until goal.
You are doing GREAT!
That is phenomenal progress Emm 😀
My 74 pounds of loss was at a rate of less than a pound per week. Certainly with your tremendous start you will achieve your goal weight with ease. 😀

Dennis

my resting heart rate is 130 this morning after 2.5mg reta over the last 3 days 0.5,1.0,1.0. If you're going to do reta start really low. You can always add more the next day if it does nothing.
Resting HR of 130? your heart is not resting at all.

Thank You, Dennis. You are very kind and always an inspiration on here.
I agree, these posts are enlightening and entertaining. They also give me a little added confidence in my future peptide planning. In 13 months I've gone from purely Tirz to now using Tirz/Sema (starting to stall). After that, the plan is Reta. And if I have not hit my goal weight, then Reta+Cagri.

I'm currently researching reta with slu-pp-332, if you workout, this is the power stack!! This is really helping with my last 10 lbs!!

Ok, i missed this and it's an old post. i've been on BP meds for years but have found out i can go off now that i have lost 60 pounds. on reta i could go back on BP meds to control my heart rate but why? i'd rather use something else. i think dionysos eventually had the same problem and had to go off reta.

i guess i could go back and start at a really low dose and baby step up over a long time to give it another chance. i'm an impatient fuker.

have you tried any of the GLP 1s from nexaph.com? THe reta price is great. I was thinking of picking some up but im always hesitant with new sources... Any insight? Thanks!
I have used Nexaph GLPs with positive results, and will probably use them again in the future. Do some research on their background before you decide. There are a lot of opinions about Cain/Nexaph floating around. I understand that may not be the endorsement you are seeking, but you have to cut the deck every time you choose one of these vendors.

Seems like tir/cargi is the best in this study of obese rats

I believe the “rats” described are actual rats!

@dionysos i just got around to reading your grand tour, which is really interesting and good info, thanks for sharing. if i'm reading it correctly, you ended up at 10mg reta + 0.3 cagri?

did you find that you could stay on that dose of cag? how long was this stack effective for you?
i ask because i found great suppression from adding a little cag to my tirz midweek, for like 2 or 3 weeks. upping to 0.5 and then to 0.75 after a few weeks didn't seem to help. days 5-7 on the tirz cycle bring hunger back and the cagri seems to be waning in effectiveness so far. i'll keep moving up but i'm wondering how long the stack worked for you. currently on 12.5mg tirz + 0.75 cagri on day 5. still struggling days 6-7
