GLP1 GRAND TOUR: Current RETA Experience

It has been a couple months since my last post. Continuing on Reta 12 mg. Weight loss after my prior post has been slowing from 4/wk, 3/wk, 2/wk and now bouncing around 0-2/wk.
Lost 55 lbs. so far in the 15 weeks and very happy and hopefully I can keep losing 1lb/wk until goal.
You are doing GREAT!
That is phenomenal progress Emm 😀
My 74 pounds of loss was at a rate of less than a pound per week. Certainly with your tremendous start you will achieve your goal weight with ease. 😀

Dennis

my resting heart rate is 130 this morning after 2.5mg reta over the last 3 days 0.5,1.0,1.0. If you're going to do reta start really low. You can always add more the next day if it does nothing.
Resting HR of 130? your heart is not resting at all.

Thank You, Dennis. You are very kind and always an inspiration on here.
I agree, these posts are enlightening and entertaining. They also give me a little added confidence in my future peptide planning. In 13 months I've gone from purely Tirz to now using Tirz/Sema (starting to stall). After that, the plan is Reta. And if I have not hit my goal weight, then Reta+Cagri.

I'm currently researching reta with slu-pp-332, if you workout, this is the power stack!! This is really helping with my last 10 lbs!!
