I dose every 3.5 days at 2.5 mg because I have gi issues when I dose more at once. And if I titrate up I get sick. I just feel a little more hungry than I’d like. I honestly think I will stack Reta because more so than the appetite suppression I want that glucagon help!

For me I cant tolerate reta because of skin sensitivity. So I opted for survo/tirz combo and it works rather well.

Yeah, only time I've every had real gastro issues was the transition to reta. I was really glad I was doing every 3 days rather than every day, since I was able to notice something was off before I kept increasing.

I would stay on tirz, and add in Reta, in a scale balancing manner, over time.. Lower tirz by 1mg, add in 1mg Reta.. I pin them separately every few days. The body needs time to adjust to new things, is my philosophy.

Try adding some Survo (ghettoReta), if you want to add a bit of glucagon agonist to the mix. I was able to go down from 7mg weekly to 5mg weekly of Tirz, while adding 1mg of Survo with all the benefits and few if any sides. YMMV!

Reta is a third of the cost of survo, per mg. No stacking necessary. And for people with lots of tirz lying around, they can just as easily stack with reta, assuming sides are fine.
