What peptides will you never try?

Adipotide is a hard pass for me too, kidney risk is a dealbreaker.

Interestingly, TB-500 and GHK-Cu are actually staples in my current protocol and they've been working great for my recovery and skin, just goes to show how much mileage varies in this game.

Not in a good way, lol.

I'm surprised I tried PT-141 at all after watching the episode of The Pitt where the nurses had to manage priapism in a hands-on way. But some bros would like the attention, I guess, at least from certain nurses.

The standard dosage of 1.75 mg is intended for "premenopausal women with HSDD (Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder)" and seems too high for most men, IMHO.

I tried a full dose the first time, but I only microdose now, mostly for a mood boost:
1.25 was more than enough for me! I'd do less next time. But I'm also not premenopausal. Fixed the antidepressant issues, though!

Yeah. Um....I don't think PT-141 works like you think it works.
Yeah unfortunately it does, t
So...we need the tea. I got my mug at the ready. What is this dick-tide malarkey you speak of?
the addams family 90s GIF
I read that they used to inject this DIRECTLY into your junk lol 🤣 Then realised that was a lil extreme 🤪 and said sub q would suffice😃ya think lol

PT141 at 1.5mg is the GOAT for me... if I want to be hard all night. Oddly 1mg seems to do nothing. Research continues.

Love my Tirz, KLOW / GHK which I cycle, MT1.

Would not touch MT2, IPA / CJC don't like me.

Probably will avoid Tesa but SS31 is on my next to try list.

I read the entire thread. I will say I have used peps I never thought I would, and won’t use others but only because I don’t feel a need for them or saw no effect. I said never to HGH.. I take it now. I’ve tried Sema, Tirz, Reta, Survo, set, mt 1&2, MOTS-C, GLOW, KLOW, Adipotide (was given 2 bottles, researched, took the lowest dose, wasn’t impressed and disliked the risk), AOD, SS-31, NAD, glutathione, 5-amino, SLUPP, selank and semax. I currently take Tirz, Reta, set, mt-2, KLOW, HGH and.. I’ve paused Glutathione and NAD+, but will likely take them again. I may take MOTS-C again because I’m osteopenic and want to build bone. I may add extra KPV and TB-4 for my chronic back pain. I may stop the MT’s because it’s been months and I’ve gone from alabaster white to pale olive.. so I’m going to probably give up. I just wanted to have a tan without skin damage.

I’m not interested in most steroids, but if there was a logical reason to use them to build bone or something, I might try them. But I’ve already broken most of my “nevers” after much research. I might try other things I’m currently not interested in. If the research is there.

If suddenly a peptide pops up that tightens loose skin, I’m interested. But that’s my unicorn blood- mystical and doesn’t really exist.

Have lost 110lbs in past year but still have abdominal fat pad. Had considered adding Tesamorelin but discovered that it activates GH production and is contraindicated in patients who have had tumors. Had a pituitary tumor removed back in October so its a no go. considered lemon bottle or AOD 9604 but have been seeing lipolytics from Korea such as Aqualyx. Has anyone had experiences with any of these?

CJC with Dac doesn’t seem worth it to me, the idea of being stuck with your symptoms sounds horrible

I go back and forth with Tesa because I know it can spike hunger a little but I would like to reduce my visceral fat

Currently running Tirz, HGH, Ss-31, Nad+, MT2. Will start MOTS after the SS. Just completed a KLOW protocol. I will soon start GHK-CU and I am considering a Reta switch but not just yet. I don't have any that I am dead set against. If I'm interested in something I will research it and make the determination if I really feel it would be worth it for me.
I am on the other side with the GHK-CU. I absolutely noticed changes in my skin after the KLOW run, my turkey neck lessened considerably. My skin and hair were in such bad shape tho, still a ways to go but I could see the progress.
I really need to know which one gave you the best results for hair growth. I picked up GHK‑CU and now I’m scientifically terrified to start!!
The potential burning is already triggering my internal risk‑management system, and now I’m re‑evaluating every protocol like it’s a clinical trial.
I’m ALSO concerned that if the burning kicks in too hard, I won’t even manage to reach an effective dose for actual outcomes.
And I’m not done: I want to improve my skin and my turkey neck too.

The GHK-CU...lol. I'm finding lil baby hairs and bonus points, my turkey neck is tightening up. I did a 6ml BAC and get zero burn. I usually hit the love handles and that lil fat spot right above the butt cheek. I use pen so I put 3ml in the vial to reconstitute then split that into two 3ml cartridges. Then I added an additional 1.5 BAC to each cartridge. Absolutely no sting for me

Melatonin, steroids....and anything that increases hunger or needs to be IM. Those are my hard no's

Myostatin inhibitor peptides sound surreal, but I am keeping my distance.

Oh, good to know about the turkey neck! I've only been using GHK for a little over 2 weeks but already my facial skin is totally cleared up. I was getting breakouts daily for almost a year and could not find the culprit - nothing I changed in my skincare or makeup made a difference. But like magic, since I started the GHK, I've had zero breakouts for at a least a week now. I'm loving that, but I'm also hoping it's not the only benefit I'll get. I really want thicker skin, as odd as that sounds. I mean, when you reach certain age the term "crepey" starts to get thrown around. lol

And I'm happy to report that after the first week, there's been no ISR really. The first 4-5 days were big ol' red welts that itched a little, but also turned into bruises. Not a fan. But after that, I guess my body got used to the copper and stopped freaking out about it. I admit I do pin it right after my KPV in almost the same spot, and that likely helps. But, the end result is that it seems to be working and there's no spicy!! Win win!

I do get the thicker skin part and strangely I did get thicker skin. I noticed it takes much more effort to poke the noodle thru the skin than when I started. I know it can't just be in my head, been using the same brand syringes throughout my research.

No experience with these and would be hesitant to do it myself. I fear the unknown yellow liquid and would also be concerned about doing it incorrectly and ending up with bumpy contouring.

I am, however, intrigued by cryolipolysis aka "Cool Sculpting". Completely non-invasive. A temperature of 39 degrees is applied to your skin for an hour. The fat cells freeze and die at that temperature and all water-based skin cells are left unaffected (albeit uncomfortably chilly). The body removes the dead fat cells over the months that follow. Anecdotes from patients are mostly positive.

What’s your top 3?
Top 3:
Epitalon > Tesamorelin > SS-31. In that order.
KPV is #4. I use it locally for nerve pain and it works like a charm (only locally though).

Never again:
DSIP - No change in sleep metrics (but my sleep is good anyway)
PT-141 - Flushing, nausea, and no benefits.
MT2 - Worse aged-looking skin, with the new formation of facial moles, and mottled patches of melasma after only 8 injections at the lowest dose.

nenver say never... But I was really interested in FOX04-DRI... but the deaper I dug the more I realized the unknown risks (things like death unexpectedly later) where just too great.
