Cagri was great to add to my max tirz dose after 4 months for my last 5ish lbs. I'm currently titrating down from 15 Tirz to 10 ( went to 10 this week) keeping Cagri. When I get to 5 tirz, I'll switch to Reta and increase Cagri if I need to.

I have used Nexa 12mg Reta. No issues to report. Having stacked Tirz, Cagri and Reta, if food noise is annoying you, add Cagri. Low doses can reduce the food craving or completely stop you from eating altogether. Works wonder for me as I am at max dose for Tirz.

I made my first order with Nexa with their NAD release, rec’d that on Friday. Mine were perfect. Made my second order with the Thursday release of Tirz- I rec’d both kits today- again pristine condition.

I made my first Nexa order they day before the site went down. My order was shipped and picked up by UPS after the site went down. It is on schedule to arrive on Monday, so I think things are good!
