I live in Canada, and I’ve had a WBS packaged detained at customs since June 25. I once had a package detained that contained perfume that wasn’t correctly labelled, and Canada Customs sent me a letter saying it was destroyed. But no such letter this time.

I have requested another shipment. Jinjier asked me for a new address, and I’m waiting on a new tracking number.

This is good know. My tracking says, “Detained by customs for inspection,” since June 26. 😑

I feel nervous recommending any vendor because everything changes so quickly. I have had positive experiences with Amotide/Amopure, but it’s closed to new customers. I’m hoping this is only temporary. There are two more Chinese vendors I have had positive experiences with, but they don’t exist...

Canada customs is notoriously persnickety. I don't believe that you would be investigated for a suspicious package. The risk is laying out several hundreds of dollars for a package that is seized and destroyed. This is why QSC charges Canadians 20% more than Americans.

I have had other non-GLP-1 packages seized (containing perfume, considered “hazardous” because it’s flammable), so I fully understand your concerns! I did have success with Amopure, however. And it was shipped quickly, too. QSC charges Canadians an extra 20% as “insurance” and says they will...

It definitely does affect my choice. If something goes awry—whether their mistake or their customer’s—and all QSC can offer is ghosting or verbal abuse, I will definitely pay more for even the barest minimum of customer care.
