That’s like a once a year panel. A lot of valuable labs but $600 is steep.

Unfortunately for vitamins/minerals there is not one panel that covers them all. I usually add Vitamin D ($16), B12/Folate ($12) and sometimes magnesium ($5) to my panels.

I found a vendor selling Orforglipron raws. 1g for $290 so pretty expensive.

Yea. The last shipment the vials were shipped in a hard plastic case. This time they were in a box. I had to be careful when pulling the vials out because the plastic sleeve wasn’t holding them in very well.

I would disagree that its not developed or old. GLPs are the new kids on the block but these same vendors have been selling prescription medications and performance enhancing products long before GLPs came along. That crowd laughs at our complaints of sterility and untrustworthy vendors.

I have. I am not sure what the equivalent would be. So my plan is to slowly lower Tirz, pause and see where my appetite and weight are. Then increase Reta if needed. Then continue to lower Tirz until I’m only using Reta.

I am on 7.5mg of Tirz. Now 3 days after Tirz I use 2mg of Reta. So far I am really liking it.

This is my first week adding a small dose of Reta a few days after Tirz. My main intent was addressing fatigue and I really feel better. The first day I chalked it up to placebo based on what I’d read about other people’s experiences. But 3 days later I still do not feel fatigued at all.
