That’s like a once a year panel. A lot of valuable labs but $600 is steep.

Unfortunately for vitamins/minerals there is not one panel that covers them all. I usually add Vitamin D ($16), B12/Folate ($12) and sometimes magnesium ($5) to my panels.

I found a vendor selling Orforglipron raws. 1g for $290 so pretty expensive.

I have. I am not sure what the equivalent would be. So my plan is to slowly lower Tirz, pause and see where my appetite and weight are. Then increase Reta if needed. Then continue to lower Tirz until I’m only using Reta.

I am on 7.5mg of Tirz. Now 3 days after Tirz I use 2mg of Reta. So far I am really liking it.

Depending on how this goes I might do the same. Initially my plan is to increase Reta to 4mg and decrease Tirz to 5mg and see how I feel.

This is my first week adding a small dose of Reta a few days after Tirz. My main intent was addressing fatigue and I really feel better. The first day I chalked it up to placebo based on what I’d read about other people’s experiences. But 3 days later I still do not feel fatigued at all.

I have a peptide hoarding disorder. I could stack Tirz and Reta and never buy again for 2 years. Haha I figure by then they will have one that last 30+ days and I can pin once and not think about it weekly.

QSC just posted the Reta price above. That’s $1.80 a mg. I just saw another vendor this morning running a flash sale on Reta for $2.20 a mg. Check my math but I’d say that’s a great price. If I can find it under $2 a mg that’s a deal right now.
