I assume your dose is 0.2 mg, not 0.02 mg. That would be a very low sema dose. But whatever your desired dose in milligrams is, the amount in the vial is a separate matter.
What complicates it is that you must dilute the stuff in the vial with bacteriostatic water, and how much of that to use...
I started it recently so I am still on the baby dose of 2 mg.
I have still been losing 3 lbs/week and my appetite is suppressed strongly for a day or two after the shot, and moderately the rest of the week. Whatever label I put on that effect, it is enough to be helpful. I'm eating small meals...
Any of the "reasonable price" vendors you find will tell you the same thing -- it's for research on your personal lab rats and it's not like the name brand and you should absolutely not take it yourself.
I can tell you that if you are interested in research versions of weight loss peptides...
To what degree you must deserve the support society gives you is an ethical divide like abortion or gun control. There are two main camps and they will never agree.
I updated my spreadsheet with some better help info for new users.
If you've already made your own copy of this spreadsheet you won't see these changes, but you can just check out this picture for the same info.
I try to use enough BAC so that the draw I need is about 20-50 units. This means it fits in a 0.3 cc or 0.5 cc syringe, and it is easy to read the marks. It also means that it will be impossible to make a dumb mistake and accidentally draw up a big overdose, because the dose simply won't fit in...
I almost missed he, he said 1 mg daily.
That seems to put his steady-state level within the range that you would get from 8 mg weekly.
Of course, low dose may still be the problem!
I don't think this can be discussed without knowing more about your specific goals and risk tolerance and budget.
For example I chose reta as my first GLP-1, because I was interested in its allegedly superior performance... And I don't need the superior appetite suppression of sema. Food noise...
Heat rises yeah, but the actual coldest spot will depends on where the cooling is actually happening and the layout. I can freeze something in my kitchen fridge if I put it right against the vents in the back where cold air comes in, but an item on a lower shelf away from airflow does not...
I have a few thoughts.
First, any fridge has warmer and colder spots. I would get a decent fridge thermometer and see if there is a place in your fridge thats tays the 36-40F range. You only need a small spot at the right temperature, right?
For example...
I had very strong suppression for about 2 days, then my appetite started to return. It's still about half of normal. Not what I expected from what I read about reta. But, we all get a different ride, I guess.
You need to figure out the dose you want, in milligrams. We can't exactly provide that since it's a personal decision.
Then with the weight of product in the vial you can calculate how much BAC to add to get that dose into an appropriately sized syringe.
Once you do more reading the...
Quoted for truth. @Chawolf get on their Telegram and if you are waiting for something to come back in stock, monitor the announcements. The pre-sale price, if offered -- it isn't for everything -- can save you a lot. Pre-order pricing on popular items sells out fast so you need to move fast too...
My wife is on sema, but she wanted to try reta, and I started it with her. The first 2 mg poke was 2 days ago. Overnight my desire to eat anything at all vanished.
I do not have a problem with "food noise" but I could use some now, because eating just turned into a chore. I have to figure this...
I've updated my freezer tracking tool to make it easier to track important stuff like cap & seal color, lot, vial age, and best of all... Amount used and remaining. Get your copy at the link above.
I did a simple value analysis and posted it elsewhere.
Of course, this can only assess generalities. People have different responses to these meds.

If you want to compare prices I encourage you to make a spreadsheet...
I noticed something interesting last time I tried it.
My first dose was 1.0 mg. I had a small but obvious reaction at the site and a couple hours of flushing and warmth. There was some obvious "performance enhancement." It was kind of weird and fun but nothing wild.
A week later, 1.25 mg...
I feel like it does cost too much in regulatory burdens to get a new drug to market, but at the same time I really appreciate that it's unlikely a new drug will make all of my skin peel off. I don't know what the solution is.
I'm interested in TRT because I'm old, and who isn't interested in feeling better, but I'm not at all comfortable with doing it myself.
My T level is in the "normal" range and I don't really have symptoms of low T like ED, so my doctor is not really interested in prescribing anything. And I'm...
I have a different perspective. The sema let you lose weight, a thing you had not been able to do before even with intensive diet changes. Losing weight allowed you to get the heart surgery you needed and that got you off a bunch of meds. Wow! That's a GREAT outcome.
As payment, you lost some...
For something I can drink gallons of, I like weak iced tea. I use Constant Comment decaf, and I just put a splash of concentrate into a glass of ice water. It doesn't have much flavor but it's enough.
I believed this wholly until I watched my wife trying to lose weight as she approached menopause. She tortured herself watching every molecule she ate, tracking every calorie of exercise. We did the math and it just wasn't working. That was a real eye opener for me. It was so grossly unfair!
I...
