Hey all, just injected my first peptide ever about 2 hours ago. 2mg of Reta. I'm not even sure if I did it right because I don't feel any different, I'm not even sure if the liquid even went into my fat stores or if I made some mistake... Is there a way to confirm? Do I just wait and trust the process?

Thanks!

Are you serious? You needed to do a ton more research before doing anything.

The early doses are to allow your body to adjust, look for potential adverse reactions and are really a test.

As doses elevate over MONTHS you get to therapeutic doses which should start to impact weight.

For each dosage change, it will take about 4 weeks to get to steady blood levels. Go low, go slow.

For early potential "feeling", usually 2-3 days.

Read, read and read some more.

It's different for everyone. You may take weeks or months of slowly moving up to have an effect.

On the other hand 2 mg reta crushed my appetite the next day I and I started losing more than a pound a week right away.

But I have not yet heard of anyone having major success after 2 hours. A little patience is in order.

I have no idea why, but in my head I thought I'd take it and within a couple of minutes all of my hunger would disappear lol. I'll report back in 48 hours and hopefully I did it right. Thanks for the help guys

You did it right, just takes time and we need to wait to see any results, also diet helps and don't forget some fiber to help with bowel movements.
