current stack is as follows:

ghk-cu 1.7mg daily
bpc 157 + tb 500 250mcg daily
aod 9604 300mcg mon-fri
5 amino 1mq 300mcg in morning daily
mots-c 1mg in morning mon-fri

glp-1 I'm taking reta at 6mg weekly, started at higher dose because previous 6 months I did a full 6 month cycle of tirz and lost 55 pounds.

ok now for the results:
it's only been 4 weeks so I may be a little early but these are my honest results. I'm unfortunately in a plateau I believe, because I haven't lost a single pound in over 3 weeks. this has been pretty disheartening as I've consistently lost weight from tirz the past 6 months. I have 35-40 pounds more to go before I hit my goal, so hopefully this plateau ends soon! I am in the gym, I get 90g protein in daily, very low carb, high fiber but from supplements. just purchased a yoga mat for my bedroom to hit some crunches & planks when not in the gym.

as for my sleep, haven't noticed a chance for better or worse. it's about the same, which is fairly decent.

skin, have not noticed a change whatsoever, I have pretty good skin & complexion, no wrinkles, but I do have dark under eyes, but nothing has improved to where I've noticed.

energy, it's about the same, it may be a little improved after my morning dose but I'm not feeling 10 years younger or anything crazy.

mental health, I remain positive as always but I haven't gained any special abilities with memory or focus, & I'm not any happier than I usually am.

all in all, I've had 0 results from my peptides & none from reta yet either, but again I believe I hit the plateau before starting reta, & also it may be too early to determine anything for the peptides but I definitely hope to see improvement somewhere soon.

I believe the current dosages you're taking are too low.

  • GHK-Cu is 3-5mg a day and you'll start to see changes after taking it consistently for 30 days.
  • BPC/TB should only be taken if you're injured, maintaining an injury or you're about to do something vigorous that could potentially injure you. If you don't have none of that then it's not needed.
  • AOD gets mixed results, but you should be taking 500mcg daily, not 5 times a day.
  • I take 5 amino orally at 50mg twice a day (100mg total).
  • MOTS-C could be taken up to 15mg a week.

I don't know how much you weigh but 90g of protein is too low. You should be going for 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight, or at least 0.7g of protein per pound of body weight to retain/gain muscle mass.

Sleep is huge ---- 7-9 hours of sleep a day is a MUST.

Stress can also cause issues.

okay so up the GHK-CU dose. got it. on a syringe what number would be 3-5mg? like 30 units to 50 units?

Also, I can scrap the BPC+TB

the AOD, I dont take it 5 times a day. I take it 5 times per week. You think I should increase the dose?

since I posted this I have increased my water & protein intake by a lot. I cracked the plateau and have dropped 11 lbs. in 2 weeks now! So success. I'll still increase those doses when I hear back from you.

My height is 6'2" and my starting weight was 269lbs. and I'm currently at 205lbs. so in 6.5 months I've lost a total of 64 lbs. and my goal is 165-170. getting closer all the time
 
how much do u weight ? 90 grams is so low? Ur taking so much stuff how do u even know what is working. As we all know, reta will work 40x more than almost all peppers as the results are obvious.

Are you weighing foods to the gram? ur plateau has to do w calories in so if ur not weighing ya ur gonna be perplexed.

Well, without details, here;

GHK-cu at 50mg in a 3ml vial.
Reconstitute with 2ml of Hospira Bac Water.
This gives you concentration of 25mg/ml.

3mg dose is 12 units on a 1ml syringe.
5mg dose is 20 units on a 1ml syringe.

GHK-cu at 50mg in a 5ml vial.
Reconstitute with 5ml of Hospira Bac Water.
This gives you concentration of 10mg/ml.

3mg dose is 30 units on a 1ml syringe.
5mg dose is 50 units on a 1ml syringe.

However, if your body is not yet accustomed to processing ghk-cu in terms of PIP (post injection pain), then I would strongly recommend you increase the reconstitution with 5ml rather than 2.

I would also recommend, if you experience stinging/pain, to inject KPV first (in that same area) - it reduces inflammation and is supposed to help prepare for other injections like ghk (reduce pain).

This is why you may see other products like GLOW (ghk-cu, bpc-157, tb-500) and KLOW (kpv, ghk-cu, bpc-157, tb-500). This is not only to give you a full range of benefits, but also to help mitigate the potential pain from the ghk-cu.

You can always dilute more, add in kpv/wolverine or drink more water right before injecting ghk to help with pain management.

There are diminishing returns; anything over 5mg a dose and you're not gaining anything special.
