1 week into my reta journey have some questions

First week into my journey started with 1mg a week splitting it into two injections of 0.5mg each pinning once tuesday and once friday, two days after my first injection got a really bad headache and sick idk if that was part of my body getting used to the reta or me just getting sick lol. Also not experiencing any effects of the reta no apetite suppression or atleast nothing I can notice, is this normal? Either way next week will be doing 2mg.

It's normal. 1 mg is quite low. The typical starting dose is 2.5 mg.

Reta is said to suppress appetite less, but the GCGR makes up for it. This compound slightly speeds up the metabolism, increasing calorie burn.

I had a headache after the first couple of shots ( same thing happened on Sema.) After the first couple of shots it never happened again. Appetite suppression, on Reta, was non- existent until I got to 6 mg.
