I took my first injection last night .25 and I’ve thrown up like 5 times since…

Is that normal? Is .25 too much for first time? Is it a mix of something I ate before my first shot? Am I dying? What’s happening…

How confident are you that you dosed correctly? What was your vial mg contents, amount of water added, and amount of water injected?

I put 100 units water into the powder. Let it mix. Then made 4 syringes of 25 each.
If the vial contained one milligram of semaglutide, then you did it right. If it contained more, then you have an explanation of what went wrong. A one milligram vial of semaglutide sounds like an usually low weight to me but I'm new to semaglutide.

The box said 5mg…. Did I accidentally take double?

I'm shocked, SHOCKED, that folks will willy-nilly throw some amount of water in a vial, pull some amount out, and think "yea, this is fine!".

These peptides are DRUGS! No different than any pharmaceutical. You absolutely MUST know what you're doing when it comes to dosing, or you might end up in the hospital (that has happened with GLP-1 overdose).

Willy nilly? I followed the direction the video the pharmacist sent me.

Oh my goodness. This is it. Unless this has been going on for a while on this forum, it's officially become apart of the Reddit/Facebook saga.

1. You didn't calculate ANYTHING properly if you have a 5mg vial.
2. Why did you pull 4 syringes?! Leave it in the vial. Hello bacteria while it sits in the syringes for a month.
3. Now that you have syringes - what are you planning to do now that the doses are effed up? Pin part of your prefilled syringe and save the rest of the syringe for another week?
4. I don't believe a pharmacist gave you something to reconstitute. For this exact reason? Messing up dosages.

Please hydrate yourself, eat bland foods until it passes, and for God's sake EDUCATE yourself before you inject yourself. Peptide knowledge is more than knowing what each peptide does for you. Learn the basics and revisit. Maybe you should start on Peppys.

✌🏻

The truth is we wanna be nice and not gate keep....but this truly isn't for everybody.

100 ml added to a 5mg bottle gives you 20 doses of .25 at 5ml per dose. So you took 5x the starting dose, assuming I'm understanding you correctly.

Can you post the instructions you were given and pictures of the vial?

Stay hydrated. Gatorade (not Gatorade zero) because if you have low blood sugar you'll feel even worse and it can even be dangerous. Plain rice, protein if you can stomach it. Depending on how you feel consider seeking medical advice. Hypoglycemia can be dangerous enough to snag a hospital admission. If you have a glucose monitor, use it.

Chances are you need to trash the syringes you made.

It sounds like you took 1.25 mg. That is 5 times the recommended starting dose. I would expect you to get quite sick. It is good thing that you came to this forum and asked. I recommend, however, that you try another forum, the Reddit site https://www.reddit.com/r/tirzepatidehelp/. It is far more friendly to newbies. You don't know what you're doing in terms of reconstituting. That's okay. But you need to ask more before you do stuff. And you probably should read more This site, glpforum.com, has many great things going for it. It has people with a great deal of experiencing using and reconstituting GLP-1 drugs. However, it can be a little harsh on new people. People here will sometimes act shocked that you don't know something. People here will sometimes answer a question by saying you need to do more research. The Reddit site I mentioned is more friendly, although its users are actually less experienced in general than the folks here. I want you to be very careful. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are great drugs. However, when you get them off the grey market and reconstitute, you're playing doctor and compounding pharmacist. I'm not saying only professionals can get good results. But you have to work hard or there is good chance you can harm yourself.
