Not trying to beat you up, just outlining the facts for you:
It appears that you've taken 5x the starting dose of Sema. You are supposed to take
0.25 mg (mass) of Sema
NOT 0.25 ml (volume) of the syringe.
- 5mg in 1 mL of fluid
- you made (4) equal syringes from your reconstituted vial
- 5mg / 4 equal syringes = 1.25 mg in each syringe
0.25 mg (starting dose) * 5x = 1.25mg taken (same as your syringe)
You might want to talk to your doctor and stay hydrated, this will likely last a week. Additionally, you may experience severe constipation and/or dehydration. Water, water, water is going to be your friend...Hope you feel better soon!
