1st Injection HELP

We don’t know if OP is even alive, or in ICU, so you can’t say it’s not harmful. There’s a reason why this is all grey, and it’s not just BigPharma greed. This stuff is serious.
Careful, you’ll conjure up Bacchus to come and tell all of us that we are taking it too seriously and that injectable medicine is no big deal 🙄

you tend to be more worried than most...

To be fair, Yoyo is probably worried a correct amount considering what we all are doing.

I joke around non stop, but every time I inject this shit, I wonder if I'll just keel over.
i think a lot of people have hope that the both of us will do just that... to prove their bullshit posts have some validity.

i had people saying the mods and repairs i made on my cars were going to instantly make my head explode me crash and burn. the internet is full of worrywarts that are in alarm and finger wagging mode 24/7. it's the only thing they have to look intelligent. people always side with the person who is cautious. the more experienced, intelligent, and educated people know what they can get away with. its just too easy and dumb to be scared of everything.

The reality is probably somewhere in the middle. Unlikely the dude is dead from taking a little too much sema as yoyo implied, but also prob not ideal to be too laissez faire about these meds.

it's harder to f-up when you buy 5-10mg vials. and someone will be on my ass because of this statement. I say harder not impossible.

simple common-sense stuff.

inject 1 unit wait a couple hours, repeat 6 times. if there is something really bad in the vial you will get sick slowly.

or just f-off and use prescription meds if you are so worried.

Can we do your binge injection method and f off? Why does it have to be one or the other? I'm interested in both.

Currently f-ing off while waiting patiently for your answer

You rang?

We are talking about a dose under half of the recommended max aren't we, 1.25mg - So yes I doubt it's very serious. And there are trials testing significantly higher doses.

Uncomfortable, sure.

Dangerous, potentially if you are diabetic and don't know about it for example. But still unlikely.

I'm not saying people are taking it too seriously, I'm saying there is no reason to be rude to OP and belittling the guy for trusting the bad advice he was given.

Not trying to beat you up, just outlining the facts for you:

It appears that you've taken 5x the starting dose of Sema. You are supposed to take 0.25 mg (mass) of Sema NOT 0.25 ml (volume) of the syringe.
  • 5mg in 1 mL of fluid
  • you made (4) equal syringes from your reconstituted vial
  • 5mg / 4 equal syringes = 1.25 mg in each syringe
0.25 mg (starting dose) * 5x = 1.25mg taken (same as your syringe)

You might want to talk to your doctor and stay hydrated, this will likely last a week. Additionally, you may experience severe constipation and/or dehydration. Water, water, water is going to be your friend...Hope you feel better soon!
Appreciated. I got some IV fluids and feel better 👌🏼 tomorrow is supposed to be my 2nd shot and a redid the syringes to the correct amount after getting the help I needed.

Question… because I took 1.25mg last week should I give it another week before I take my 2nd dose of .25mg or since I’m feeling better it’s better for my body to keep it going on schedule?

Holy shit, you’re okay! I’m really glad you went for medical attention.
When you say you redid the syringes, did you recon a new vial for this or did you reuse what was in the already-made syringes?
Also, this isn’t medical advice, but if I had done what you did, I would still take the second one to keep the levels as high as possible. You already did the deed so you might as well use what's left in your blood stream to keep your serum levels up.
Glad you’re okay, dude.

Dude got so sick he had to get an IV and your suggestion is to go ahead and do it again?

He ain't Oyster.

Yes, if you read my comment again, you’ll see that I specifically said “inject yourself with 5x the starting dose again.
Thanks for your incredible reading comprehension.

Incredible, you still don't understand how monumentally bad was the advice you gave.

Just to be clear, I plotted out your suggestion.

Christ, let this dude recover for a bit. No, he doesn't need to "keep his serum levels up."

What are you, his mom? Jesus Christ. Like this isn’t a forum of adults capable of making their own decisions.

Giving out terrible advice while prefacing it with "this isn’t medical advice" does not shield you from criticism of said terrible advice.

No, I'm not his mom, I just don't want him to end up feeling like death again, seems reasonable to me, this isn't 4chan.

Sorry, do I know you? Who are you??

I don’t mind criticism if it’s from someone i respect or even know. But not someone that stumbled into this forum from Facebook a couple of weeks ago to swing his dick around.

Back to that other forum with you.

I notice how in the past 3 comments you have made not a single attempt to justify your advice to inject some more medicine to a dude who basically had an overdose, weeks before that overdose even had a chance to be cleared from his system.

Probably because it can't be justified.

I think even you already realized how bad that advice was, but your big ego just can't admit it.

Easier to just attack me instead. I understand.

lol I don’t owe you shit. Not everyone has to agree with you, but it seems to really get to you. And it’s my big ego… right.
I think we’re done here.

edit: not going to post again so @penewbie can keep his precious last word, but I love that it’s so important to them that they get it and that everyone has to agree with what they say. What a small person.

Why do you keep saying you’re preparing syringes? Are you storing the peptide in the syringes after reconstituting? or are you talking about injection pens?

I'm pretty sure you already agree with me, you at no point made an attempt to disagree with my claim that it was bad advice that's for sure.
That was bad advice, you know it, I know it.

Alright, now I'm done.

I think the bigger issue here was the OPs lack of initial information, slow/non replies, and the replies he did give were vague and non-informative as well. I could see being frustrated wanting to help someone that obviously needs it, but they aren't willing to spend 10 seconds typing out their actual issue or explaining whats actually going on.

Dear lord almighty! 1.25mg first shot of sema how are you not in hospital? That is a very very very high starting dose. When I first started I did 0.15 then 0.30 then 0.50 then saw it got a bit too strong for me so remained at that dose for a couple of weeks then pushed the dose to 0.75 then 1mg. My dr wanted me to reach the therapeutic dose of 1mg or higher. I managed to push 1.2mg a week and hit a max of 1.5mgs. Thats when the horrible sides kicked in at 1.5mg.

Shitting from both ends at the same time! From my ass and mouth at the same time! I kid you not! I honestly thought I was gonna die. Never been that sick in my life. Then capped my dose at 0.15mg for a few weeks and waited for everything to settle down. Sema is a very strong drug, much more stronger than tirz and reta. At the time I was on holiday in Turkey and man I honestly thought I was gonna die … now I will never exceed 1mg a week regardless.

Sema also helped me lose the most weight. Much more than tirz and reta. Between the 3 nothing tamed my appetite like sema. Sema made me feel full and reduce the food noise in my brain as well. I wasnt obsessed with food any more.
