Another food for thought post from me, as always. I weighed myself this morning and was staggered to be 160 lbs. Jesus Christ, typing that doesn’t feel real... Anyways, I am just so happy!
I mean, I came to wanting to post this because I was going through my old posts to see where I came from. I signed up on here at 218 lbs, down from 240 lbs. I remember writing that post and thinking my 140 lb goal was insane and just a non-realistic goal, and now I’m only 20 lbs away. I just couldn’t be more grateful and honestly emotional.
80 lbs down... I just thought I was going to be stuck forever, and now it’s gone. Wow. I find myself making these posts when I hit a round number that shocks me, like my 180 lb post, and it just keeps going down to my amazement.
Guys, I cannot thank you all enough. Soppy of me, but it’s true. If you are scared to take the leap and happen to be reading this, I was in the same boat. And now I am here, almost at my goal, in 7 months.
