3 GLOW Peptide Tweekers Walk Into a Bar...

@tul9033 - suggestion based on Anela protocol is to microdose, same syringe/needle, RS pins more than once - at 5 units, your RS could micro-dose 2.5 units each. Apparently keeping each injection under 4 units relieves any ISRs. My lab has proven that true for my RS. Also using cheapie massage gun from aliexpress - but only with the glow.
Thanks Ming, RS started with 5 units thinking that was a bit of a starting micro dose. RS is less than 20% body fat so not a big chunk of belly fat. RS reports it felt like the pain was right on abdominal wall muscle. Will try once more without massager and then give the massager a try to compare results.

So, I've been reading a little about the GLOW protocol and was wondering: If one is only going for the skin benefits, are injections of GHK-Cu alone effective for this? No appreciable issues with joint pain or muscle repair/regeneration.

You don't have to add in the other peps with the ghk-cu, but BPC-157 improves, among other things, blood flow, and healing, and supposedly its addition greatly reduces or eliminates any sting from the ghk-cu, which can also be remedied by adding more BAC. The TB500 is useful as part of the glow because, among other things, it promotes cell regeneration - and both are anti inflammatories, so though neither is required, both do a lot on their own as well as helping the Glow along. I know a few people who do the ghk-cu solo, often with more BAC. There's a 3d pep, that my RS will soon be adding to the blend, KPV, and it might replace the BPC for a cycle or more, or simply be in addition to, it's also an anti-inflammatory, and especially good at skin.

Early Returns
Forget improved skin, hair, joints and muscle pain - I may or may not experience those benefits. My impression after just one week: Glow is worth the money just for improved SLEEP!

Is that the normal result? Better sleep from day one?

I began with a dosage of ,300mg BPC-157, 1.5mg GHK-Cu, and .300 TB-500. This I believe was to large for me as an initial dosage so after 2 days I reduced it to .200, 1.0, .200.

I inject an hour or two before bedtime. Sleep 7 hours soundly with only the briefest of bathroom breaks and awaken refreshed. That hasn’t happened for years 😳
So glad I came across your post !!
RS just started Glow: 50mg GHK, 10mg TB500 and 10mg BPC 157.
First pinch I started too high; felt scary level dizzy and painful stomach crap which lead to a mini anxiety attack; apparently RS bp dropped suddenly .. not dangerously.

Next pinch RS dropped from 1.75mg to 1mg. None of the previous side effects.

Twice now RS got the BEST sleep ever -- Side Effect :: throbbing pain 4-6 around the entire pinch site, which is a bummer. No welting. I don't have a solution for this.

I read a protocol on peppys that recommends using a massage gun when injecting GLOW to help combat the pain. Can anyone confirm if that helps?

Really glad it helped yall with sleeping, im gonna be starting GLOW in the next month and struggle with insomnia, hope it helps.

There are a couple threads on here where people mention it. I think the best thing is to put a little bit of lidocaine with it. I’ve used it for a few peptides that have burned or bruised.

Do any peptide vendors sell liquid lidocaine?

Anelas Protocal swears by it and I know 2 people personally that use the m gun and don't experience pain. The last injection I researched I just messaged the area (top of thigh ) and it definitely helped. I own a massage gun but haven't seen it in years. Manual had to do.
Edit:: I know another subject that does IM and no pain; I am not that brave.

I'm on my third day of the 35/10/5 blend at 1.5mg GHK-cu, which has me at 13 units. The first pin felt like a Brute Enforcer Emeritus sting and disturbed my sleep a bit so I followed some advice I found and added an additional 13 units of BAC water once I drew up the glow dose and that seems to have solved the problem. I have a BAC vial that is dedicated to diluting and the only small ish is that the needle gets a bit dull from a double vial puncture.

Edited to add: next day site reaction of redness and firmness under skin so I've got no business offering advice on GLOW at this point - rawr, I want this to work for me.

Yes, all feedback is good feedback! And research presses onward. I'll leave this here. I did add 10mg of TB500 as well.
