Looks like they are having problems with the domain (which would take out the website and the email at the same time). Personally I wouldn't worry just based on what's happening right now it seems like a technical issue.

Apparently they're still active on Telegram and have let everyone know they're having website issues but will be back up when solved. I would personally wait and see before I canceled or canceled payment.
