The only reason I chose to buy from him was because his design holds 120 vials where all of the other store fronts selling the same container only hold 90. He is squeezing four layers of 30 vials, all of the others that I found only have three.

Did he know that you were selling under that name when he setup shop? Why do you GAF if you are no longer selling cases? Life is too short EWB and there are plenty of other things to be upset about.

I bought one of the 120 vial kits from him too. All the holes were exactly the size of a 3ml vial and if they had labels on them some would not fit in the hole. He's printing a new rack with bigger holes and shipping it out.
Hopefully this guy wasn't sniping EWB biz.

Yes, he knew. I care because I put a tremendous amount of effort into building a brand known for the best quality and what were innovative designs at the time. I did not put in all that work for some rando to capitalize on it and sell shitty derivative products as me even if I have hung up my hat.
